PMSL my first dvd player with big chunky stop and play buttons! would be genius!! :D on a serious note, check toys r us for some of thier little pc bits and bobs, they do a pda with sat nav all integrated for 300 sheets and a 256mb memory stick thing for 40 notes (equivalent in PC world is 50!!!) Some classic performances and some world class crap ones always to be seen at reading festival (not exactly rock any more though) been every year from '95 through to '02 too old for it now at 27 im pretty much 10 years older than the average punter there these days! went for a few hours one day this year and hated it, im such an old codger! thanks for the advice chaps, now I know where to start and what to search for on t'internet, I defo wont be getting ahead of myself as far as size of bikes goes, will be sticking to something small for quite a while and even then wont move up to anything silly!! After mucho discussion me and the missus are going to learn to ride and buy a couple of motorbikes, she's always wanted to do it and I thought what the hell, may as well do it too, something we can do together and all that. My question is where the hell do we start? can anybody recommend a good school in hampshire? we can both kinda ride having both toyed around on bikes when we were kids. whats the deal with licenses/ages/size of bikes? If its an auto make sure its in park properly, give the stick a little nudge (may even hear a click from the ignition switch) I had this problem when I first picked up the car, spent about twenty minutes on the garage forecourt looking a right dick till I phoned the previous owner and he expained it... :slap:

I did think that it was powersteering but my oil is the normal golden colour a bit like engine oil type colour, gutted :( would rather have a PAS problem than gearbox! (its a '90 so doesnt have hicas) I've done another 70 miles and stopped on a regular basis to check the g-box oil level and it doesnt seem to be shifting ?!?! I think I actuallty saw it dripping from around the area where the back of the box should be so Im fairly convinced its gear oil. poo. Thanks for all the feedback and advice guys! Wouldn't even know where to start otherwise! :bow:

I think I saw that before, was a while ago though, are they repeating the series?

stoopid question, if it is the rear seal on the box is it ok to drive for short stints so long as I keep the oil topped up or will there be a drop in pressure that will cause the box to fail? cheers
