The interior is OEM color, along with the color of the car as far as I'm aware, its a special edition.

Thanks for the replies. I'm actually looking to tie in electrically somewhere, as in the central locking control unit, is that also located in the door? I noticed on the US forum they have an OEM security unit thats in where the ECU is, on guy was able to tie into that OEM plug to control the lock unlock and some other bits. I'm pretty sure we never got this, but I'm wondering would the plug be there?

I'm thinking of installing remote central locking and just wondering where is best to tie into; to trigger doors open and doors close?

Pretty much, I have the black key ok and ordered new blank red and another black.

My 95 and 99 car dont have an OEM remote locking if thats what your mean?

Ok from new, there were 3 keys that came with the Z, One Titanium, one black key and one red as far as I'm aware. These keys look like this:

Thanks for checking again. I think I'll just have to live without it......... I thought about a second had lock set but dont want to start taking thing apart on this car.

I dont think its a UK car either although HPI says the cars was first regsitered on the 5/02/1993 which would make it quite rare to see an import registered then, but it would be very easy to find out by just asking for the chassis number, UK and JDM cars dont have the same configuration on the chassis plate, unless its been cloned or messed about with which personally I think it has been as there is just something not quite right with this car. Its recorded as having 8 previous owners. That car has the later 95/96 seats and the lower dash cloth is also from the later cars, which wasnt on UK cars, it also doesnt have the cruise switch as someone mentioned but if you look where the cruise would be there is either an aftermarket rear fog light button or aftermarket rear fog light [red light] where that crusie switch would be! It also doesnt have the button on the right stalk that you push for headlight wash

Can anyone point me the right direction of where to get the OEM keys? Was looking for the Black one and red one and if possible the titanium one.

Guys the OEM radio plugs on my car look like this which arnt the same as earlier cars or even my 95 car. As I'm looking for an OEM stereo and CD player which will more than likely come from an earlier car, is there any plug and play adapters that will fit these plugs to convert them to the older one? Also in the second pic, I noticed another plug thats taped up to the same loom, whats this plug for??

Some of those pics are about a year old, but not much has changed on the outside of the car since then, think it's just the exhaust and the NSX-R rear lens with the black H. Most of the mods have been subtle and in keeping with the NSX-R spec and reducing weight, so allot is quite hidden.

Another recent update Installed the OEM NSX-R centre tail light piece OLD AND NEW
