  1. lol Well spotted. Most think it was spock in star trek.
  2. Yeah 100% sure! I have a feeling this color was only introduced to the Z in the later part of production. Its not a bright silver and not a dark grey like the usual Z colors.
  3. Does anyone know what the OEM color name is for my version S? I looked in the faq section but its not there? The color code is KR4.
  4. Thats the navan auto shifter as seen here
  5. Yeah the car has the later Climate with directional controls and fan speed as you say.
  6. Someone else will know better that me, but I'm pretty sure the Climate Control was available till production end but, was either only standard on the Twin Turbo 2by2 or, was made optional extra. Again in the later/last JDM brochure, it shows the climate control on the Twin Turbo 2by2 only on the Version S and Version R it just shows manual controls.
  7. And that pretty much it lol
  8. Hi, Yeah still thinking out the rear wing option myself, really undecided as the car really is in showroom condition and to drill holes in the lid to fit the spoiler is putting me off slightly at the moment. Personally I like the first original style spoiler the best, but wouldnt want to add that to a 99. My black 95 car has the other spoiler you mentioned. The black Twin Turbo is in pretty much the same condition! Only mods on it from what I can tell, is the exhaust and rear privacy glass. I do import some cars but not being doing much lately. Heres photos of the black car, its quite allot lol
  9. As far as I'm aware thats standard on the Version S! I have the original brochure for the last model 300ZX's and it shows the seats as standard for the 2by2 as they call it, and 2 seater Version S
  10. Few pics of through the front vent
  11. Thanks Gary! I'm very pleased with it, I did intend to sellit at some point but after it arrived I just fell inlove with it and as you said, cant be many around? Does anyone know if there are and how many Version S's there are in the UK? I also like that the rear windows arnt tinted and there is no aftermarket addon's or silly things stuck to the dash etc. The callipers on both cars still have the original factory paint/color and under the arches and around the suspension ust looks like new, the wheels have the factory dot on each of them also.
  12. Hi Sandy, yeah if its OEM then I could be interested! I'll PM you
  13. Hers a load pics lol took them yesterday when it started to rain so just wating for a nice dry day to take better pics so apolagies
  14. Hi Gary! Yeah its been a while since I posted on here, I do be on looking through bits as I've never grown off the Z's. Then last week I bought 2, a 1995 facelifted series 3 [i think] Twin Turbo with 20,000miles and this 1999 Version S with 18,000 miles, both genuine miles and I have the riginal JDM de-reg certificate showing last previous miles before export. Without doubt the cleanest 300's I have even seen. The Version S came with the original hand books and service book too, and in both cars the shrink rap is still visible in places and they feel and smell like they came out of the showroom, both came with the targa blinds and storage cases, tools and spare wheels and rear tonneau/load cover plus the heavy pile JDM over mats. The UK radio is hard to find, I bought a few over the years for Z's I owned as I always preffered how the original radio's looked in the car and I'm not into big mad sound or anthing like that. At one time I purchased a brand new setup from Nissan and that was very expensive! I would even take a JDM setup for my own car to keep it original as such. In saying that I think the next best look is a double din TV/Nav setup that looks factory fitted. Got a transporter sorted ok, just went to CPHIRE. I do be in Belfast quite a bit, never in the cars unless weather is nice and dry lol
