fairly sure the number on the ignition barrel is not what you need, for a UK car look for a small white sticker in the glove box once youve got the number, buy a blank key on ebay and go to a locksmith

one is for cruise control, cant remember what the other one is. when i had the auto to manual conversion done both plugs were there but plugging the second one in made a random light come on on the dash

theyre quite shallow 6x9s (infinity reference) theyre sat about 5mm off the fuel tank, bolted on to the back of the plywood

if you pull the ashtray out the can fits perfectly, it just leaves the car looking unfinished

can you make a holder to take a standard coke can that fits where the ashtray should go and looks like it was meant to be there? ideally i guess using the ashtray hinged lid too?

apparently not easy to retrofit, i wanted to do this to mine, you would need cruise control stalk / steering wheel (depends on age of car) cruise ecu, pedal switches, wire and mechanical gubins from under bonnet, and a wiring loom most likely bushes leaking on the track rod end

theres a drain pipe that goes from the targa to under the car check its not blocked check the bottom isnt tucked back into the car check the pipe isnt split near the fuse box try pooring water into the pipe at the top and see where it comes out or try blowing compressed air into it

i have a couple of mot failures for boot not opening, both because the tester did not know how to open the boot of a vert

on my 650 the ignition lights don't come on if the imobaliser is armed (it auto arms) once when my battery went flat it all got confused and the imobaliser wouldnt turnn off and i had to enter my pin code on the toggle switch , then it was all fine
