interesting, after my manual conversion i had heavy power steering at low speeds. the speedo converter gizmo was causing the speedo to not reed any speed below about 15mph. i guess this in conjunction with the neutral switch not being wired in and the clutch pedal plug not being in was causing the steering problem. i "solved" it by junking the speedo converter and fitting a 120mph dial

as well as the difference in the speedos, the N/A and the TT have different size cogs on the speed sensor due to the different rear diff. if your speedo is from a pre 1995 car then yes, change a resistor to get it roughly right and then adjust a variable resistor to get it acurate it's all writen up somewhere in the FAQ

i would suggest you just don't plug either in. if your steering is working fine now, it doesnt need to know if the car is a manual or not

fairly sure the number on the ignition barrel is not what you need, for a UK car look for a small white sticker in the glove box once youve got the number, buy a blank key on ebay and go to a locksmith

one is for cruise control, cant remember what the other one is. when i had the auto to manual conversion done both plugs were there but plugging the second one in made a random light come on on the dash

i believe....... from the cat backwards TT and NA are the same (but LWB is different to SWB) the down pipe from the engine to the cat is obviously different between TT and NA If your decat just replaces the cat, then they are all the same. if your decat replaces the down pipe and the cat then they must be different

theyre quite shallow 6x9s (infinity reference) theyre sat about 5mm off the fuel tank, bolted on to the back of the plywood

i've got 6x9 above the fuel tank, took out the shelf built my own ply shelf that was slightly higher. boot is full of sub and amp. i cut some of the carpet in the boot and behind the shelf where it lined up with holes in the boot bulkhead to allow sound through more look at http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=94135 i'l search out some more pictures in a bit also i'm here every day, just don't feel the need to type just to hear the sound of my own keyboard :)

if you pull the ashtray out the can fits perfectly, it just leaves the car looking unfinished

can you make a holder to take a standard coke can that fits where the ashtray should go and looks like it was meant to be there? ideally i guess using the ashtray hinged lid too?

Any way if you wrote better code it would compile properly i wanted to vote for tuesday at 6 and thursday at 7, but you might think i meant thursday at 6 and tuesday at 7 or heaven forbid tuesday and thursday at 6 and 7 :P

apparently not easy to retrofit, i wanted to do this to mine, you would need cruise control stalk / steering wheel (depends on age of car) cruise ecu, pedal switches, wire and mechanical gubins from under bonnet, and a wiring loom most likely bushes leaking on the track rod end
