  1. Same here, Halford's Professional, can't fault them for the price.
  2. Search on here https://www.cqout.com/ for OEM Windows 7 install disks.

  4. Ok, Paypal is automatic, but Bank Transfers updates have to be done manually. I'll do it for you now.
  5. If you route your email through Google (Gmail), it will filter out 99.9% of this rubbish. Obviously there is a "price" to pay for using Google, but you have to balance the cost against the benefits.
  6. I'm a bit of a secret Citroen lover (well not that much of a secret really). Had a couple of Xantias and would love some of the more interesting ones. Did you know Citroen invented that herringbone/helical gear that is in most gearboxes ?
  7. I'd guess that this is mainly rust staining, so I would try some sort of acid, battery if you have nothing else, brick acid perhaps, plumbers pipe acid - anything like that really.
  8. Looking really rather good at this stage ....
  9. Well as long as nothing you're running pulls more than about 13 amps, then yes - just !
  10. Personal firewalls can be surprisingly selective in what they block sometimes too, when they go a bit funny.
  11. Well it'll be running at Le Mans this year, so hopefully less than once every 24 hours running !
  12. ... you could fit two or three of these in ! http://jalopnik.com/nissans-new-le-mans-engine-has-400-hp-and-can-fit-in-y-1509734976
  13. A slightly more informed, well expert opinion, and it doesn't sound good. http://jalopnik.com/what-may-be-going-on-with-michael-schumacher-and-what-h-1506618068

  15. I usually resort to Ebay these days. Depends what you want really.
  16. The alcohol will preserve it, otherwise the cream would go off in a coupe of weeks. If it tastes ok, it'll probably be fine.
  17. Early PTU's can fail in two ways, either a single cylinder packs up or all six pack up simultaneously. I would certainly replace that to start with, even if it's for peace of mind/reliability for the future. I did mine years ago.
  18. Always worth checking this: http://downrightnow.com/

  20. Well the figures aren't catastrophic, so a wet test will now tell you a lot more. I presume that you will get a higher figure on 6 when wet, indicating either bore, ring or ring land damage. No difference would suggest valves, but that seems a little less likely.
  21. Yep, I can see what you mean !
