How would you pressurise the smoke ? To detect leaks you need to pump it up to 1 bar (well I would anyway), I doubt whether a smoke machine provides any pressure. -
Mike Feeney at MJP, one of our traders, usually stocks those connectors.

The reading is less important than the fact the readings change all the time. They will vary between 0.1 and 1volt I think, but as long as they are crossing the 0.5v mark about once a second then they are working.

It could be a failing coil pack or bad connection to one. It could also be an air leak on the exhaust side.

Yep, the only way you may get (Freeview/Sat) HD over a 'phone line is when the box or tv is smart enough to have iPlayer built-in and then it will use your broadband. Humax and Sony do it at the moment, more in the pipeline though.

You can butcher an ordinary (cheap) spanner if you're desperate, or even use an adjustable !

Never use a debit card, you have zero protection. At least with a credit card you have a third party which is responsible for the payments.
