Did you get the correct account, there is an "Andy P", which is my test account and "AndyP", this one ? Anyway, yes, you have to use 350 discs because the Skyline ones have a slightly different offset. It all just bolts straight on.

Didn't get a PM. Anyway, front dead easy - bolt-on. For the rear the hubs have to be modified - bit of a pain.

I have a 330d Sport Touring and it's pretty good. It's the 2002 184bhp model but mine has been chipped (surprise) and it's now 214bhp, 350ft/lb torque. Does 40-45mpg pretty much whatever I do to it. It does tend to eat rear tyres but that'll be no big shock. Build quality is fair but there are a few spots of rust appearing. It's now done over 134,000 miles but nothing major seems to have broken yet.

The O2 sensor won't be heat sensitive as such (although it needs heat to work) it detects the amount of oxygen in the exhaust gasses. Therefore, I wouldn't expect the voltage to vary as it's heated up, unless it happens that you are measuring the amount of oxygen in the blowtorch flame ????

Agreed, as long as it's going each side of the 0.5v change point regularly. Is the right one plugged in correctly ? It is possible to get two identical plugs interchanged which gives odd results.

I'm not a big fan of the polished look (as it would show up how bad the rest of my engine is), what I did was get mine bead blasted and chemically cleaned - came up really well.
