Bought the stripe from Halfords. I think the OEM width is about 9mm, but they only have 6mm or 12mm. Bought 6mm and applied 2 layers. Looks fine.

Thanks. Did some more research and as you say, it's a 501. Very easy to find and pink lights are no more (actually purple!). Will probably fit white LEDs once the MOTs done in a month's time.

Hi, Sorry if the answer is already on the forum but a quick look didn't give me an obvious answer. My current bulbs are pink but not got round to change them! Took the bulb out this morning and it's made by RAYBRIG (Japanese) and also stated 12V 5W. A quick search on the net suggests that it may be a 194/168 bulb. Is this correct? Can I buy it in the high street? Searched the Halfords web-site but couldn't find it. Any advice or guidance most welcome.

Clicked on the Euro Car Parts link and the prices were shocking, i.e. looked to be very cheap. Are these pads OK and would they fit an import NA? Thanks.

Hi guys, Boring question I know but does anyone know where the rear washer get's it's water from? Is it the same reservoir as the front or is there another tank hidden away somewhere? The front washers work fine but I get nothing on the back. Thanks.

Why would any sane individual pay more than £10k for this type of car? That's £10k if it's an Aston, £6k if it's a Toyota. They obviously know there are plenty of idiots around...

I'm afraid most SLRs still do not have what they call "live view". It's starting to come in, but is still only available on the higher end models. Give it a year or so and it will be as common as on compacts.

The yellow one is pure class.

Hi all, I've been considering this for a while and finally decided this morning that I will sell the Z. A really difficult decision but my baby is due in 3-4 weeks so I need both the cash as well as the space in the driveway! I will definitely get another Z though, probably in 6 months time, when things have settled down. The Z is a 1993 NA Manual in Pearlescent White, which I bought in June last year, so had it almost 9 months. It's been absolutely fantastic and I use it as a daily driver. Although it's a Nissan, I did not expect it to be as reliable as my wife's Micra. It is even more reliable! I have attached photos of the Z, and as you can see, it is absolutely clean, both inside and out. [ATTACH]52965[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]52966[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]52967[/ATTACH] Although I have loved the Z32 ever since it was launched in 1989 (my bedroom was covered with posters of the car when I was 16!), I knew nothing about buying them 2nd hand and therefore took a gamble last year. I was very lucky, as it turned about to be a very nice example. In fact, the compression tests have shown that the engine is supremely healthy, with readings of 200 for each cylinder! I bought the car for £3,000 and have spent £700 over the last few months, mainly on wear and tear items but also a few upgrades: - New rear shock absorbers (it still had the originals!) - New bushes for the gear knob (the originals had worn) - Timing corrected - HID Lights & LED sidelights (from DTA) - Panasonic CD MP3 Player - New leather gear knob - Chrome interior door handles The car still has MOT to end June 2010, and road tax to the end of 2010. I would like to sell the Z for near the £3k mark, but would welcome your advice. And if anyone's interested, please let me know. I would be delighted to show you the car, especially if you live near Basingstoke! Thanks.
