Has anybody tried spraying filtered water on a freshly polished black car, then buffing it off with a microfibre cloth? The results are superb!

Not sure about the mudflaps, but for the exhaust, use autosol as already said. As for the stock wheels, get some brick acid from your local builders merchant, either apply it with a brush or a spray bottle, agitate it for a MINUTE or so, then jet it off......SPARKLING WHEELS!! Only do one wheel at a time as this is savage stuff and will kill your wheel if you leave it on too long. You may want to wear a mask or something while using it, it affects your lungs if you breathe it in. PS: If anyone else is thinking of using this, i'd only recommend it on stock finish wheels (ie: cast), not on chromes or coloured wheels.

Used to have a supra n/a manual, superb car! Could thrash it around all day, it never missed a beat, 3rd gear never seemed to end! Can't comment on a z n/a, not had one. Judging from replies there aint much between them, just a question of personal preference i guess. PS: Am loving that supra Alex C, stunning!

Scenario: Mohammed fails high school English. 1977 - Mohammed retakes his exam, passes and goes to college. 2007 - Mohammed's cause is taken up by local human rights group. Newspaper articles appear nationally explaining that making English a requirement for graduation is racist. Civil Liberties Association files class action lawsuit against state school system and his English teacher. English is banned from core curriculum. Mohammed is given his qualification anyway but ends up mowing lawns for a living because he cannot speak English. Used to have a manta gt/e back in the day, very good cars, and as said, you just don't see them about anymore. They are probably one of the only cars that actually look good with the twin headlamp conversion.

My folks had theirs moved when they widened the driveway, was a few yrs ago now, think it was about £400'ish. You need to contact the local council.

They tend to hibernate in the rebates in window openings. I'm a window fitter and sometimes find hundeds of them inside window rebates that haven't been opened for some time. Literally hundreds of them, little fookers get everywhere! :p
