Yes the TRD's have the vortex jobbies on the side skirts. Don't look cool though.

OK To Run 18's Front + 19's Rear ??
the only way to avoid spacers on the rear would be to have a negertive offset on the rear unless you go for a 12" + wheel PWR in Blackpool would sort you out with a nice set 19" of EVOX 3 piece with Perrelli RossoTyres for about £2700. That would be a 9J front and a 12J rear.

Ah yes but that was a genuine functioning track car spoiler. When you braked you could see it rotate about 5 degrees. same when you were sloshing it round bends. + It really was a foxy looking spoiler in the flesh.

Tyres
The Tyre Wall depth is a percentage of the tyre tread face. So the wider the tread the deaper the tyre walls. Which increases the rolling radius and make it bigger than the standard gearing allows for. don't know the exact formula but a good tyre shop will sort it out for you. + I have a set of 17" Work 3 piece rims on one of my SWB and I have 225/45/17 fronts and 255/40/17 rears and know with my wheels that a 265 would require the arches to be rolled. The Blue LWB in my sig bellow has 235/35/18 fronts and 265/30/18 rears and needed the arches rolling, but my other SWB has 265/18's and they clear ok. So very much down to wheel makes and offsets

Don't really need to be tested in a wind tunnel as aerofoil developement was quite intensive during the seventies and the relevant information with regaurd to wing shape and design is quite well documented. The spoiler is not a device for making the car slip through the air, but a device for spoiling the normal airflow pattern and raising the over air stream. This means the under air stream is lifted and therefore has to travel further to the point of convergence. Which is the exact opersite of an aircraft wing. So the principle is simple use athe correct profile for the main plane and put it as high and as far back as possible and there you have it. More down force and stability. So I would recon that 80% of them do work, however many are far more cosmetic than functional. The spoiler on my wifes Red TRD as picture in my sig pic was actually active and move to produce more downforce under braking and when encountering higher lateral G's. I Thought about buying that spoiler for a Z. Toyota sell the genuine artical for £2800 complete with motors and sensors.

Wrong here Chris Downforce is needed to maintain stability of the car even in a staight line. Race teams will use more wing angle for tracks where tops speeds are not attainable and the extra drag is an acceptable penalty to increase cornering stability. They always use wing what ever circuit their at. During the end of the 60's there was a number of fatal racing accidents due to cars lifting off the ground and spining through the air on the straights. They were starting to hit the 180mph mark and the speed of the airflow under the cars was much faster than that over the car due to it being compressed and created lift. Hence the 70's F1 cars all sprouting spoilers. The hight of the rear spoiler raises the level at which the air streams meet behind the car thus lenghtening the airstream beneath the car and making the airstream over the car shorter. this means the air travels faster over the car rather than under the car and creats downforce. A well designed defuser and good aerodynamic car design can acheive much the same without the need for a spoiler as such. P.S. Big Wings Rule The 300 is a sports car and function should be put before image IMO

Goodyear brake hoses
Are fittments for the braided fexi hoses standard on the Nissan calippers for both NA and TT or are they different.

Tyres
We get plenty of Wet here which is why I think they are the best tyre to have on ya Z. Though the best gripping dry tyre I've ever had on my Z was Yokohama's. Very scarey in the wet though.

Tyres
235/45/ 17's up front and 355/45 17's or 265/40/ 17's on the Rear so that the rolling radius is correct. I think 285 would be too big for 9J and would most likely fowl the arches. The best tyre you can buy IMO and I'd had 4 Z's and 8 years experience of them is doing about 220000 mile spread between em. Bridgestone S02's Next to that Mitchelin Pilots Then Perrelli Rosso's or Goodyear F1s The rest are buget tyre down to Grade 1 ditch or as i discovered Tree finders. P.S. Don't let your Nissan dealer near it. It will cost you a fortune and 99.99% of them have no clue about them. They were only sold in the UK for 5 years. Late 89 to Nov 94. Less than 1500 ever sold as UK cars and only nominated Dealerships had mechanics trained to work on them. most of those mechanic's have moved on.

Blue is the coolest colour and the fastest Zeds are the ones with the loose nut behind the wheel.

If you got to high court a solicitor cannot represent you So you have to have a Barister and he employs a solicitor to trawl through the paper work. I have been to high court on two property matters. I won both times and I assure you a good Barister will cost £1500 per day. I thonk your mixing county court and Crown court. Brian could take this customer to Crown Court for breach of Contract as there is 3 breaches as I see it under corperate and comercial law. The other Alternative would be to say to his customer that he would accept 70% of moneys due to clear his dept. If he refuses you could then take him to county court under artical 36. This way if the court finds in his favour then he would be awarded all costs, which a good solicitor would ensure make the 70% up to the full amount originally sort. This system though would accept a weekly drip payment which is no what he requires.

Which colour is best
Of course all this is perfectly true as red light has the ability to travel from any point in the universe to any other point without following the arc of space. Thus travelling at warp speed and know as the Red shift. It was accidentley discovered when workers at a gas factory were contaminated with red leak tester smoke. For several days after the event when ever any one of them farted the red fart gas traveled faster and further than any fart had ever done before. the red farts could be detected up to 2miles away within seconds of passing cotton. Thank you for your tip about the concrete drain channel. I have most definately got better traction but need help with the mounting problem. Everytime I hit a bump the channnel cracks and breaks where I drilled the holes. Besides the damage to my paint work the broken ends did cause severe damage to a 17th century cottage in the Village. Well one peice hit the post man as he cycled along causing him to fall of his bike unconscious in the middle of the road. The lorry that was following me swerved to avoid him and knocked the number 146 bus into the cottage. I think the problem was caused because I had not painted it red. Unfortunately the Fray Bentos boost controler malfunctioned and the chips went soggy due to the wet paint. This cause powerful emisions which burnt a hole in my drivers seat and melted the rear tyres making it impossible for me to out run the bobby on his bike who attended the scene of the accident.

Just bored unfortunately. I really miss Herman Munster at times like this. OR Zevens, he was always good to get going. a bit like Funki Si on LSD.

Which colour is best
and while we're at it what do you think should be my first mod, which spoiler give most downforce and what cars could I beat if I have a boost controler and a bag of chips.

What the guys are saying about it costing money to chase your money is true + if you take him to high court though you will be able to claim all your costs if you win. The threat of this may be enough to make him find the money, because 1) High court means Baristers and they usually charge arounf £1500 per day and up to £1000 per visit. 2)Once the court has found in your favour they will set a deadline as to when it must be paid. Also you will then be able to put a lean on his property at a accrued interest rate. a legal lean means that he must disharge that dept if he sell the property. Also the longer he leaves it the more of the value of his property becomes yours.

Interior Kit! Any Good?Worth it for $100?
Leatherette is a posh way of saying vinyl which in its self is a posh way of saying plastic with a weave backing. All plastic stretches and sags under heat and pressure. The interior of a car gets hot in the sun and then has to bare the warm presure and body weight of the driver and passengers. It will look shite in no time what so ever. That why car makes don't use it these days. Velour will keep its shape hence main material used for furnishings and leather actually shrinks under heat and therefore looks better with age if it is feed frequently.
