AVC-R boost problem
If u cant make no more boost, try unplug it has u say and see if it boost right up being careful. I had a similar problem on my zed, tried everything, then 1 day I took my dump vaves off put recircs back on has pulled off boost went to about 21psi. From what I could make out dumpvalves were leaking inside and wouldnt let it make no more boost. Have u got dump valves..

Tyres ....again!
Jeff would know best I would say for a zed, to be honest I aint got a clue lol. Ive had pirrelli and they seemed to hard and was slippery but lasted. Ive had dunlop and I think they were great, had a set of 4 Bridgestone run flats they were nasty the ride was terrible. I have had part worns and never had a problem, think the last set I had were Bridgestone but not run flats and were good. The budget ones I had were on my astra van fulrun and they have like new tread but bulges on the insides, I put it down to weight in the van with low profile tyre but seeing others im not sure now. Bought a set of oem wheel reconditioned in black, with 4new tyres there cheap brand I had them on for a bit no bulges but there not very predictable when driving hard. Funny thing is they dont wheelspin easy and seem to have grip until going round a corner then they slide, but the front slides 1st and there all the same make. Id say get the best u can afford, I would rather good name part worn then cheap nasties lol. I know nothing about tyres exept how to check them in mots, but bulges seem more common on cheap crap.

Tyres ....again!
Are they budget tyres, Has said on last post my van done it, and see loads of bulges, and out of shape tyres giving vibrations and wheel bearing whine type noise, when we do mots. All the ones I seen are budget cheap tyres, all normally with great looking tread. Obviously expensive tyres can too, but the cheap ones seem to do a lot..

intercooler
Hi guys at work today was clearing up all the crap from the work shop. Came across an intercooler for a bloody smart car, Looks very similar to oem zed intercooler or at least could be made to fit. Thing I found cool is it has an electric cooling fan built on them. Maybe just take fan off and bolt it to the zed intercooler and wire them to come on with the engine. I dont know much about tuning exept the cooler the better, so any experts if 2 of them were free would it be worth doing..

Good looking tyres can kill
Mots are stupid, u can pass a tyre with centre 3/4 with tread long has no cords showing on edge. But thats not to say u pull out garage and same tyre what mot passed old bill could say its illegal. Seat belts u pull them out check for fraying etc, but get moaned at by guy doing test for pulling it so it locks. So belt looks ok but lock might not work. Lots of bits, 1.6mm minimum tread on car bigger stuff is 1mm whats the sense in that. Glad I check my own car cause in my opinion most mots aint worth the paper there writen on. Think the best thing is look yourself, or get it looked at by say zedworld dont just think cause its got an mot its all good cause it probably aint.
