Hmm - must've heard incorrectly somewhere then. I was sure someone said that they are the other way around, which is why I didn't take the battery back! So, once again, it looks like Halfords are just bloody useless... Might go back and tell them so.

When someone tells you the right one to get (can't remember the exact rating right now and not in the Zed today), try Halfrauds if you can get hold of a trade card. Believe it or not, they were the cheapest place I could find for the one I just bought, and that was for a calcium based one with a 4 year warranty. Been great ever since. The only problem I have with it is that the terminals are the wrong way round (probably cos mine's an import) so I'll have to put a bit of an extension in at some point to tidy things up. Oh, and the big Halfords sticker... gotta get rid of that! I THINK the one I have is 650CCA.

WOOHOO! That was my favourite one. Little tip for you all - a wheel and a chain ;)

Double check on the formats that it can play, but I'd definitely recommend the Creative Zen Stone Plus (the one with the screen). It's tiny, but the sound quality is great - I just bought my other half one for her bday and she loves it. Even the built in external speaker aint too shabby!

Hmm - that doesn't seem to be the case for me, hence my last post! When I try to post a reply via the quote button, it just gives me the 'Splitfyr3, you do not have permission to access this page.' message, and there is no quick reply box at the bottom...

Just a thought on this subject... Would it be possible/a good idea for the forum rights to be edited so that Registered Users can reply to posts in the For Sale section, but not have rights to post new threads? That way, Registered Users can get stuff they need and the amount of potential buyers goes up for the seller, whilst still meaning that you have to be subscribed to get the benefit of being able to sell. Just a suggestion!

Hi all, I just wanted a bit of help/advice regarding buying from other members on here. I posted in Z32KING's thread about the stuff he has from the Z he's breaking before it got moved (correctly) to the Stuff for Sale section. I'd really like a couple of the bits he has, but I don't know if I'm allowed as I haven't yet paid my dues (although of course, I will be doing!). I know I'm not allowed to sell, but am I allowed to buy? I got in there quick with dibs on the bits I wanted, but as someone else has now asked for dibs on some of the same kit, I don't even know if you guys can see my post! Help would be appreciated :)
