Seconded - it's likely to be the drive. I've had a couple of mine go and a guy at Sky was kind enough to tell me the hidden menu option I needed once I'd chucked a new drive in there. Can't remember what that was, but maybe AndyP can?

I know what you mean mate, but she knows that you could be thinking that too and it sounds like she's going to play on it. I know it's difficult because this is someone you have had a relationship with and trusted, but don't get yourself in debt and all sorts of other trouble just to try to keep the peace. If she's going to be awkward she will no matter what, so you need to look out for yourself.

Let me get this right... she's CHOOSING not to pay because she wants to save up for something she wants (in this case the bond for a new place). Would you accept this if you had a tenant living with you? Basically, what this boils down to is that YOU are paying for her bond and rent. Sorry mate, but you need to get tough with her and say that if she doesn't pay half of everything you will be taking her to court for it. Why should she get the benefit of living in the house and paying nothing for it? And yes, I have been there too... I hope it all works out for you - it will get better.

Standard IMHO - I love a clean looking Zed and I think it looks just a little too 'busy' at the front with the modded panel. While we're on the subject, I'm not over keen on bodykits of any kind, but yours is one of the VERY few that I really like - aggressive, but doesn't detract from the original lines. What is it, BTW?

When I first saw a Zed many years ago blast past me on the A47 near Leicester I was convinced that it was an EB110. I was in awe at the time because I'd never seen anything accelerate so quickly... who'd have thought that I'd grow up to be a big boy and own one eh? ;)

Although, if you haven't got a part that you want to copy, i.e. you are making a new custom bit - MDF layered and shaped is best from what I've heard. I've also heard of rigid foam stuff being used.

I agree - not come across that one before! Will be stripping down my IAA soon I think ;)

Have a look at http://www.adslguide.org - it rates all the different ISP's. I have always used Zen for both my own and my client's broadband access. They aren't the cheapest but they're bloody good!

Lol - I actually had a black 1.8iS Eunos Roadster and I loved it. Mazdaspeed alloys, lip spoiler (which EVERY MX5 should have - they look unfinished at the front without it IMHO), Bilstein coilovers, strut brace, Nardi & Momo bits inside and about 180bhp... was the best road legal go-kart ever... ...although certain people at work thought I looked like Noddy as I'm 6'3" and 17st. :slap: But sod em - I liked it :p

I've always reckoned so too - the front has a real aggressive R34 style look about it. Not over keen on the other models personally, but the S14a is meeeaaaan lookin ;) Welcome to the club, mate!

Nah, not at all mate! I've only ever had an R6 so I can't compare it to other bikes too much, but mine certainly isn't uncomfortable, and I've done some 200 mile plus treks on it. I'm 6'3" and nearly 17 stone and I love it! Mind you, mine is a 53 plate, so I don't know if the new ones are any different.
