Weird Noise when Engine running is it Serious ?
Yes, sound can be hard to pinpoint, opening the door and listening in the hinge area next to the dashboard will usually show it out. Be aware the valves are opened and closed by vacuum, by disconnecting the vacuum pipes in the engine bay by the brake master cylinder its stops them gurgling, and then just leave them, no needs to remove. Weird brake issue...
What is the condition of the brake hoses? Ask your local MOT station to pop it on the brake tester rollers, will at least identify the wheel / caliper / side Jeff

Occasional Starting Issues
If you can do a diagnostic it would help >> If you do not have ConZult or data scan you can use the built in one, see below http://nicoclub.com/archives/nissan-300zx-z32-ecu-diagnostic.html

What oil
One point I would like to clarify to the 300 zx owners here is how to differentiate from the Nissan original engine oil requirement against the present engine requirement. By that I mean there are a whole host of different tunes between members zeds, some light, some mental, some on forged rebuilds and some on original builds with upgrades bolted on and then some just standard. So it is very important to realise that there us NO single answer to "what oil should I use?" personal preference or experience can be useful but also wrong if you generalise without details. I see some clear winners with oil choice here and also some lesser ones that are getting put down by members with tuned engine`s when they are completely correct for a standard engine. So start with the favourite and most widely used 10 W40 semi synthetic and use the mass of information on the internet to tailor it to your requirements, I have placed a link below that explains it really well, even for a novice. Read it fully and by understanding the mechanics behind oil and what stage of engine mod you have or not then you can make an educated choice rather than reading "I only use this or that, everything else is pants" kind of reviews. Another really important consideration is how often and how you drive, this I personally consider to be as import if not more than your actual engine tune, a garage queen rarely used in anger even with high end power mods simply will never benefit from high end blends of oil, better to look at long life oil with anti-corrosion additives and a weight that allows for more surface clinging so that infrequent start does not cause damage after long shut downs. A daily used in traffic or a daily used on motorway, then short and longs distances, all of these need to be taken into account, and lets be all honest here, not many of us drive on a regular basis like you have stolen it, preferring the odd bit of fun when the opportunity arises, again all needs to be considered, as does where you live, ambient temps etc. The subject can go on and on and as I mentioned previously, what ever oil you use, regular oil and filter changes is like banking money against engine wear and tear. Good info on this link, take the time to read and understand.... https://www.micksgarage.com/blog/understanding-engine-oil/ Enjoy .... Jeff

Occasional Starting Issues
Sounds like flooding issue, a common problem can be a bad connection to the temperature sensor, this can cause over fuelling as the signal is outside of the normal range and its safer to over fuel rather than run weak, check and clean the connection. It is situated at the engine front on the water pipe along side the single connection dash board temp gauge sensor, should be a yellow plug, whilst your there worth checking the cam sensor connection too. Twin Turbo Decal
Good idea in principle, we did just this about 10 years ago and gave them away in the workshop, why give them away? because they sat on the shelf with no buyers for three years, good ideas are not always workable ones sadly. Jeff

NGK 5430BCR8ES gap setting.
I am intrigued why your going for a cheap non platinum plug which fit the Fiesta turbo rather than the specific NGK platinum item? On the upside taking out the hateful iridium plugs is a great leap forward, never designed for the z engine, work best with 2.0 litre and under high revving engine`s, this born out by the many issues with these plugs we saw in the workshop and confirmed by the HKS Denso agent at the B.ham Auto sports show one year ! when you hear a zed engine running at tick over with them fitted you can hear the different tone in the engine, poor self cleaning on non high revving engine. Electronically adjustable suspension
Yes, its sits along side the interior light relay. Its behind the rear side panel passenger side, remove the rear seat squab and the side panel can be undone and removed, its a slim silver box similar to the one on the picture below. Jeff

Advice on Auto-Manual Gearbox conversion
Can be ordered through Nissan, part number is 32865-30P01 for black with black stitching, they are close on £100 these days though, cheaper in the US but the exchange rate and shipping cost will mess that up. Jeff

N.A. rear end on a TT
Good reasons to not do it is increased revs on motorway journeys. Jeff

Electronically adjustable suspension
Have ridden in many Tein set up Zeds and even fitted a full electronic system and they are flipping hard !! often the adjustment is from very hard to stupidly crashing hard also the top bushes have a habit of wearing out very quickly and Tein will not sell you the top bearing / carrier direct but will do a service on them... just my opinion of course with my old age butt. Electronically adjustable suspension
Yes there are little actuator motors sitting on top of the rear shocks and as typical zed has its own little ecu module behind the seats. The madness is about 6 years ago or so I had a genuine Nissan four shock set up and US switch for sale on here and no-one was interested so they got binned !
