where can i buy a Jspec Z badge?
MJP - Mike is probably cheaper than the Z Centre.... Plus we should support our traders wherever possible; and the service you get from MJP is second to none!!

show me your watch
Heh heh - if you forget to wind it, it will lose time!!! Otherwise (when I have remembered to wind the automatic ones) mine have all proved very accurate; the Breitling is a quartz Colt Chronometer and hasn't lost a second (or needed a new battery yet) in 6 years. So I'm impressed with that!! Richard:biggrin:

What did you do to your zed today?
I agree - having seen it at Jeff's the other year, I have to say it's one of my all time favourites. A mint real '99-spec TT manual.... I have a seatbelt light on my ZX too BTW.....!! Richard:thumbup1:

show me your watch
Watches are a bit of an obsession of mine - along with cars of course - so I do like to treat myself to a nice time-piece every now and then.... .....I have gotten rid of a couple over the years, but the current batch consists of 3 Tags, 2 Omegas and a Breitling. My favourite being the latest Omega Seamaster Chronograph; it's a work of art rather than just a watch - to me of course... I'll put some pics up later perhaps...!! Richard:sorcerer:

any legal eagles here????
Agreed - if you paid the fine on the last day then that should be the end of it. If they had taken you to court, and you proved that the fine was paid in time, then they would have looked pretty stupid and would no doubt have lost their case.... It's always worth challenging these idiots as they know that the cost of any recovery - even if they win - is more than the actual amount they seek to recover! Richard:cool3:

what car do you most regrett selling?
It's two for me; although again I have no pics as I did not have a digi camera or camera phone back in those days..... First was a 1961 Rover 100 P4. My dad bought it when I was 4 and I took it on when he stopped driving in about 1990 following his heart problems - I loved that car as it had great sentimental value... Second was my old Jag; I had a 1974 series 2 XJ6 4.2... It was in reasonable condition - just needed a little tidying, but all good considering its age. It failed an MOT on the steering ball joints - and I could never be bothered to get it fixed; so again I sold it for a couple of hundred pounds when it could have been worth so much more, had I been bothered at the time. Anyone into Porsche??
The Cayman is supposedly a really good car from what I have read - the new 2013 model is apparently better than many a 911; but £25k cheaper.... But the old shape is still a car to be reckoned with.... ....Hell, even though it rhymes with "Gay Man" I'd have one over a Boxster. And the "S" is the fast one with over 300bhp. Ok the "R" is the fastest, but there's very little in it; and the "R" is stripped of all the luxuries like a radio, ac and anything else that makes the journey more comfortable!! They also held their value quite well too - but will suffer now the new version is here. So as long as the Porsche is in a good way, it could very well be worth it! Check it over thoroughly; do the HPi check and make sure it comes with full Porsche history (with bills to prove) etc.... Richard:cool3:
