Drove it a bit. And then a bit more...... .......Went out early to Sainsburys and then, as the weather was OK this morning, I decided to take a scenic "detour" afterwards. Hell, it seems I make a habit of that sometimes....:lol:

I like your optimism Gaz.... But since JAE organisers moved the show back a week, I am actually on holiday. I was working on the original dates when I booked my hols; and like last year, I planned to do JAE on the Saturday and then head off on holiday Sunday morning. But with JAE a week later now, I'll still be away. We're due to drive back home the Sunday afternoon of JAE, so unless the organisers bring it forward a week once more, I cannot be there:sad: Richard:online2long:

LOL - and I was going to say, that looks like a Carlos Sainz special edition from the 1990s....:bow: Hell, it's a long time since I saw one of those!! A former client of mine (when I was in an accountancy practice) bought one brand new - he was an old fella and kept his cars for many years as he hardly drove. He traded in his (original) Audi Quattro for it, which he had owned for 10 years, in about 1991/1992... Richard:chef:

They sure do Gaz - I wanted a set in 18 inch for my blue ZX.... But despite a few Google searches, I could not find then this time - it seems the company that used to import Azev wheels to the UK (DP Motorsport or something like that) is no linger in business. Personally, for the effort involved in getting the unit to work - and then fabricating the centre console - I'd sell it on Ebay and use the proceeds to buy yourself a decent new head unit! Kenwood makes a fine single DIN unit with DAB (which actually works very well).... Richard:chef:
