265s on 8.5j wheels pics with 245s then with 265s
What is the exact size, make, speed rating and remaining tread of the 245s Dan? If you're lucky, you should be able to sell them on mate!

265s on 8.5j wheels pics with 245s then with 265s
Close Dan - but 235/40/18 is nearer to the stock rolling circumference. And a better match to your 265/35 rears:wink: Although those 245s will probably fit, I'd not do it myself!!

265s on 8.5j wheels pics with 245s then with 265s
Don't go any wider than 235 Dan - not just in view of the rim width, but any wider than 235 on the front and you could suffer from tramlining on our crappy road surfaces mate:wink:

Personalised Plates
I see that L300RFS is for sale on DVLA's website for only £250..... And DVLA's prices are all inclusive of VAT and transfer fee!! If I didn't already have one on my ZX, I'd certainly buy that (as my car is an L reg)

for the attention of Funki Si
PMSL - but you're right matey!! It's just a pretty "controversial" paint job; otherwise the car itself has not been ruined..................

Hi
Good news Paul!! Looking forward to some pics of your Z shortly then.....

Engine oil viscosity and brand
What they said..... A "30" grade oil is too thin for a 300zx; even an n/a, what with it being an older car! Don't go lower than the "40" recommended by Nissan, I say. Richard:cool:

A couple of Z pics in Hurley this morning....
I probably am mad Si - but I just cannot bear not to drive it at least a couple of times a month!! And I am pleased the SW has not been overly affected by flooding - we're heading down to Cornwall on Sunday. Not in the Z this time, though... Richard:cool:
