Malaysia Airways - the irony
Conspiracy theory mate - that plane was "removed" from the air, by a large-ish country sitting between the Pacific and Atlantic oceans, because of someone or something on it...:shifty: In this day and age, there is no reasonable way that it would simply have "disappeared" unless "someone" did not want anyone to discover it.....

my first zed
It's always sad to see one of your own former cars in a bad way...... ....I know how I look after my cars, so I always try and see they go to a good home when I sell them on. But sometimes you just have to take the money and forget - after all, I would have chosen to replace it with something better/newer/faster etc.....!! Richard:flowers:

Welcome to the club Paul - and good luck with your conversion mate! I would attempt to assist you with the wanted ad, but we've just updated the trading section and I'm not fully up to speed with it myself yet... Richard:cool:

What did you do to your zed today?
Looking good Joel - one of my favourite Zeds on the forum, is that.... Me, nothing but the Sainsbury's run so far - but I'm off out to give it a wash in a moment. Using it this week has left it looking pretty grubby:shock: Richard:biggrin:

Malaysia Airways - the irony

Who's got the widest rear tyres on a standard body?
And what Pete said too......

Who's got the widest rear tyres on a standard body?
I was thinking along the same lines Terry - more width is just cock-waving really.... Ask yourself, why do you need more width - exactly!! 255 or 265 is more than adequate; since the EU/US spec twin turbos handled perfectly well for Nissan back in the day with just 245s.... I'd go for 265 (sticking to 18 inch rims) and simply buy the absolute best quality tyres (like Goodyear/Conti/Michelin); rather than specify an outrageously larger size, but have to compromise on a mid-range spec tyre. And whilst I have no doubt that Falken/Khumo etc may be up to the job - I know how I like to drive sometimes and prefer to put my trust in the former.... Just my opinion though; each to their own!! Richard:cool:
