  1. Yes - and yes..... I now have Meister Rs so the system is redundant; but the wiring is still there to be seen....

Nicely put fellas - It's a lovely evening so I'll join you in a cyber beer, if I may.....:pint: Richard:thumbup:
  3. LOL - you're a bundle of laughs Joel.......:rofl::wink: Richard:biggrin:
  4. Nice one mate - many thanks for your continued support!! Richard:thumbup:
  5. Indeed - I hope you can change your paint shop dates Si; it would be good to have your car at Coventry..... .....But if not, I hope you can make it as a spectator....:clover:
  6. Ditto.......
  7. Yup - what Dave said Graham..... I'm looking forward to seeing it too mate!! Richard:clover:
  8. Drove it some 230 miles........ .....Took a trip to Tyntesfield - to the west of Bristol. Had a good day out in the sunshine - and sorry we missed each other Si; maybe next time, my friend:wink: Richard:cool:
  9. Looking good Alex....
  10. Yes..... And no!! Always best to renew for a year - it costs less; plus you delay the inevitable increase for a few months at least...... .....But after October, even if you have purchased a year's rent, there'll no longer be the legal requirement to display the disc - so you can remove it altogether!! However if anybody would still like a 300zx.co.uk club tax disc holder (for example to display your 25th anniversary sticker) then please drop Gary Wilson a PM.... Richard:cool:
  11. Yup - as Steams said - no need to inform anyone mate! Paypal is automatic; so thank you for your continued support Jonce - it's always appreciated...!! Richard:thumbup:
  12. Hi Marc - welcome to the club mate!! Richard:thumbup:
  13. Good point Si, but what about in another 5 years when all the poor Z32s have rotted away; leaving only collectable examples which command ever increasing sums (you never know:wink:) Personally, I'd leave it alone. Maybe do what you can to machine polish the original 'plate - and perhaps a coat of lacquer to seal in your handiwork - but I would not replace it, even if it was looking a bit ropey...
  14. LOL - very true mate!! PMSL......
  15. LOL - very funny indeed Steve!! Personally, I don't see football as our "national sport" - merely the sport that most of our nation has chosen to watch; bloated with beer, wearing horrible lurid coloured polyester and shouting obscenities at the TV, referee, et al. It's not that I don't like football, more that I cannot stand it - and the pervading culture that follows in its wake. But that's just me....... .....Nonetheless we did invent rugby; England is not doing badly in the cricket and let's not forget Wimbledon starts in a few days. So we can expect rain in the London area:wink: Richard:lol:
  16. Regrettably it's the same 3 words which have dogged England for some years now...... Not. Good. Enough. .... Harsh, maybe, but until they (and/or the powers that be behind the team) realise it, instead of entering every tournament with the same sense of entitlement; and actually do something about it, then it will be the same next time. and so forth.....!!
  17. Glad you are home again Mandy - shame about the driving day, but your health comes first! As you say, you can always re-book it for when you have recovered. And don't worry about Trentham, there are enough other Z-related events to look forward to (the 25th bash for instance)..... Take it easy for a while, rest and get well soon!! ATB Richard....x....:flowers:
  18. Agreed - IF you like football - but if you don't, then why waste 90 minutes of your life? I would still like to wish England all the best (and as I type it may be too late); but as I hate football, I certainly will not be watching....
  19. I agree - although a satin black 'tache does look good on darker colours (which is what I had done). And that white Z with the Stillen lip you posted is just perfect.... Richard:thumbup:
  20. The what.....? Oh yeah - that thing, which appears in every medium, that I blanked from my mind...
  21. As long as you're referring to your Z and not "football" I am pleased for you matey.....
  22. Good point mate...... ....And another...
  23. You would indeed mate.... but for someone like me in the west of the SE region (and bordering the SE/SC/TV regions), heading west to Chieveley services would add another 45-60 minutes to the journey. It's 45 miles or so in the wrong direction; particularly if one is already closer to the M25/M40! Coventry itself is little over an hour away from the bottom of the M40.... Hence my suggestion that anyone planning to use the M40 from the SE region would be better meeting you later on at Oxford:wink:
  24. Phew - and LOL....
