  1. I am certainly with you there Craig.....! They looked good when Gary first posted them, but on the car, the wrong way round, not so.... Doesn't matter Ali.....! Those wheels most probably do not come left and right handed; so that's just how they will appear on the car for real....
  2. I have been driving mine these last few days - it'd be rude not to - and discovered something not so good today...... ......After getting irritated that the demister wasn't demisting properly, I am sad to report that my heater matrix has given up the ghost... Steam in the passenger footwell - or more like driving along in a sauna - was the giveaway..... So it looks like a trip to Jimmer's might be on the cards now..:clover:
  3. hapus dydd dewi Richard:thumbup:
  4. RIP bill....
  5. Yup - drop AndyP a PM mate! I have about 3 non-working clocks after obtaining the odd replacement over the years.... And must get around to asking Andy to fix them sometime - as the latest one will no doubt go bad before too long...
  6. Nice one (again.....), JP....
  7. LOL - yeah, but OEM Zed horns are just rubbish!! IIRC they were from the Micra, so hardly made a proper "manly" noise. Not to mention that they have a tendency for rusting to bits, owing to their location behind the main air intake.... Thus read water intake:wink: By coincidence, I purchased a set of twin-tone air horns from Ebay the other day... I just need to get around to fitting them now:oops:
  8. Happy birthday Stu - whatever you're up to these days mate!! Have a great day....:happybday:
  9. Many happy returns Anthony - have a great day mate!! Richard:happybday:
  10. Nice one Alan. Both on the post and the concert...
  11. It certainly always used to be mate - not sure if they still do it now though!
  12. Ahh, what the hell..... Can't tell I'm a Whitesnake fan, can you...
  13. And He's still got it....:punk:
  14. And one from Mr David Coverdale....:punk:
  15. .......And I know I've probably posted this one before, but this came on the radio as I got in the car this evening! One of the best Bond themes ever...
  16. I thought I'd kick off tonight with a track I heard on Plant Rock yesterday..... ......Whilst enjoying a drive in the Zed, of course....:punk:
  17. In a nut-shell, yes! We do it because, as good as the 300zx is, it still stuffed with 1980s and 1990s technology..... And whilst these cars can still hold their own against much more modern machinery, those few little 25 year old foibles need updating; and keep the 300zx an easy modern classic to live with!
  18. .....My thoughts too! 4500k will give you the best light output - and a closer appearance to the OEM HIDs you see on many German motors. Colour is all about style and no substance; we all need to see in the dark, so be sensible and don't go too blue:cool:
  19. Nice one Ian (and Zeb)......... Not surprised though mate... Richard:thumbup:
  20. LOL - but soooo true...
  21. Yup - I remember Steve. He has a grey UK spec IIRC.... And still pops up on here from time to time:cool:
  22. Very sensible - that would save the bi-annual "tightening up the jubilee clips" ritual, for sure....
  23. Hi and welcome to the club, Rich....! I reckon I might have seen that silver Zed advertised on Autotrader - if it's the one I'm thinking of (below), it did look tidy:cool: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?186627-Looks-like-a-decent-Zed&p=1941730&viewfull=1#post1941730 Richard:thumbup:
  24. Hello and welcome, Charles...
