really strange issue here....
Your not the first to do it mate and doubt you'll be the last. Many of those kits don't come with specific instructions which doesn't help either. Yep Jeff always manages to spot the finer detail lol smithy

Some peeps can see further than others on certain matters, so this thread will never become of any use. Close it, it's seriously overdue. smithy

Door handle question, might be daft
Once the handles are gone, you'll see the rod that pulls the door catch open, just put your fingers in and pull it. smithy

Oh come one you know him and his past here better than most eh! Hardly crime of the century and you know it wasn't a geniune question to begin with, just as others do. However main point being the thread soon digressed yet again by the same members on the same subject as last weekend or weekend before and it continues today in great negativity. What a shame things here get spoilt by a small minority who won't accept or move on! smithy

Jesus can some of you not drag a thread down for your own personal issues! Read this thread from the start and tell me it didn't get stupid from post 7 onwards, stuck record or what. Some of the orginal mods will tell yer i've had my fallouts here in the past over things, but man I know they have a job to do and they do it to the best of their ability, if it's not your cup of tea, move on.................... Remember they are here to stop many things and make a decision based on many aspects, what they know from history of the person (s) involved, the subject, previous similar threads, much of which a a member knows nothing off. You know those cops with cameras programes and theres a bobby trying to do his job and some arse hole pops his head in and interferes and goes on about any old irrelevant crap and so is given a warning to leave, but he doesn't and pushes it until finally he's arrested and then says how bad the cops are for picking on him, well that happens here without a doubt. BTW the half wit who started this thread having been around on and off for over 6 years and over 7,000 posts to his name knew exactly whats what with subscribing. What's valid from all this is any complaints about lack of membership items cos that shouldn't be the case, but for moans about moderating to keep this place respectable just because you don't know why or agree with decisions, use your PM facility to those concerned rather than lowering the tone please :2guns: smithy

Is anybody on here running Greddy smic's?
I did quite a large GB on these some years ago mate. At the time before some of the ebay rubbish cropped up they came just about 3rd place in comparisson figures of the better well known and used SMIC's around. ARC were top, followed by HKS and Greddy just a fraction behind them. Greddy cores were renowned for being highly efficient and being thicker than the others rather than taller as most are today. Idea being that keeping the suface area as close to stock meant cold air forced on the entire area at the point of contact, whereas others had much of theirs behind the indicator or bumper meaning the cold air had to fill the cooler before exiting the exit pipe at the top, if yer know what i mean lol smithy

ECU help - Jeff?
Lol ok, it's only the turbo's, injectors that have much impact and as the cams are stage 1, see no reason why a normal 555cc chip won't do the job for you for running in and until you fit the AEM fella. Can be supplied by John Dixon, AndyP ( i think) or Zedworld. Cost for the chip should really be a 100 bucks or less and of course you can then sell it when not being used any more, sometimes they come up for sale second hand. smithy

ECU help - Jeff?
You would have to list the spec of turbos and injectors mate and if cams are stock or upgraded, then you'll know your options for a chip smithy

Fitting a Japspeed Front Lower Brace with koyo rad .
Some things for the various Nissan's are meant to be generic, but often the method of fitting can be slightly different. For some of the oldies here will remember i used to have a section with detailed instructions and pictures ( more importantly) of products being fitted on Zeds, even though every product was designed around my own Zed before final manufature and then sale. In many cases the fitting was not done as per the written instructions, the detailed with pics section then solved that problem. So in short maybe same sorta thing for Japspeed products would be good? smithy

Hoses question?
Just bare in mind, many hose companies whilst doing all the usual colours, generally tend to be different shades, mixing and matching can look really naff, trust me. I started selling samco stuff about 15 years ago and recall them having rights to certain shades of colours so they couldn't be copied, i then moved onto SFS and other brands, again they varied in shades from company to company. In short get a sample of SFS 1st to see if your happy OR sell your Samco on and go SFS all the way in the engine bay. hth Smithy

MAP sensor fitting?
Can't see yer pics due to work firewall, but yes 3.5 is more than enough. Uego sensors to be a 100% accurate should be in the manifold, this is not easy and can be fatal if one falls apart, so as close to after the turbo's then, existing holes yes. smithy
