  1. Happy customers, that what i like ;) cheers mate smithy
  2. Having your own re-done is quite an easy option these days Di, most companies can turn em round in 72 hours, even turbo technics favour this route when i spoke with them, however there were 2 members here last year who wern't very happy with them when a fault with the turbo meant them being replaced at some expense, it really can be the luck of the draw unfortunately as new items can break, if yer want any further advice feel free to shoot me a mail. cheers smithy
  3. I've the lite weight flywheel on mine and yep noticed a difference in accleration, pulley being done soon too, but even better, i've both items in stock in anyone wants em....... smithy
  4. Fraid so mate, yer can't run 4 dump valves fella, all yer really need to know is what excatly his fitting kit consists off, does it place the new dumps in place of the oldies or as most do place the new dumps on the outer intake pipes in th engine bay, if he can mail you a fitting kit pic, can tell you then what's what mate smithy
  5. Wez, yer Zed already has dump valves fitted mate, i think the reason why some guys remove them and fit after market ones is simply for the sound, the are easily adjustable and will sustain highre horsepowered cars. Baileys valves are known to be quite cheap and at that price you have to ask why, other jap made aftermarket valves are a lot more cash and plenty of Zeds have em, very few in fact hardly any have baileys that am aware off. Oh and the fitting kit, did they say what it comprised off ? bearing in mind we're talking 2 of everything here. cheers smithy
  6. this is what i sent, so i guess it's pambos Ajay, heres the subs for Pambos (£50) to be temp trader or so i believe, and 20 quid for a Ciaran Raj of .... smithy
  7. Yours or someone elses, either way, think we should see a piccie :hyper: smithy
  8. Dunno, i read somewhere only last week where it stated as a no no for mixing the oils as it causes clogging, wil try and dig it out from where ever it was i found it, lol Based on that am not, though i have done in the past smithy
  9. Just to throw another theory in to the ring, going back to my days of owning a silvia it happened a couple of times to me and the guy at nissan showed me that with the TPS being incorrectly set the timing gradually moves away from 15 degrees and advances, it never retards always the opposite direction. Altered timing twice over a 6 month period before going to nissan to get it sorted, so worth checking fella. smithy
  10. Ahh, now yer talking mate, yer didn't mention the water pump and bits before, dohh. so not too bad after all. smithy
  11. Bllomin eck mate that's no great shakes fella, Jeff TT from Zed world supplies and fits that lot for less than what you paid. smithy
  12. Aye mate back in fast car mag, used to be in it on a regular basis some time ago. Good for the club though, it brought me another 2 new customers who in return for products supplied are now payed up members. cheers smithy
  13. ALL fuel line kits done in past 6 weeks have it mate, so no worries smithy
  14. Hi Mike, yep had the block/head coper ringed about 2 1/2 years ago now, cost was about 225 quid to machine block and insert rings, RC Developments used a company local to them in Warrington to do the job, though any decent block specialist can do it. Copper rings bite into the stock gasket to help prevent movement, blowing and correct seal. Pros, well it's a tried and tested/approved method used for years in particular the rally world, helps prevent head gasket failure for what ever reason, is reputed to be the best total seal system for heads, used with stock gaskets, cons, well i know of none mate and certainly none proved on my Zed running 18psi in the time it's been fitted, got a pic or 2 somewhere and may did it out, though al yer see is some copper rings around the piston bores, lol cheers smithy
  15. Don't panic guys it's nothing startling extra, was once asked for a small extra 2in piece, cut about a dozen up and throw 1 in each kit now just as an extra really with no added cost, anyone who wants one just ask me at japfest smithy
  16. If you don't have an after market boost gauge, buy one now mate, seriously these boost upgrades are okay-ish but you must have a decent reading of boost otherwise potential serious problems, am talking from experience too. Gauges start about 45 quid upwards, a wise investment smithy
  17. It's SE's way of a boost upgrade and bleeding air off, don't mess with the restrictor in the end of the hose, when you upgrade to a boost controller you can rip thatb hose out. smithy
  18. The small bit is for under the throttle cable cover, a bit tricky to do but worth it. smithy
  19. In short YES, all Z32 models use same front and rear pads as each other, twinturbo or not, swb or lwb or not smithy
  20. Doh, i had the addy back to front, lol re-done again and added another new member who came through me website. cheers smithy
  21. Downstream 467 Kbps (58.4 KB/sec) 504 Kbps (inc. overheads) Upstream 244 Kbps (30.5 KB/sec) 263 Kbps (inc. overheads) smithy
  22. It's 38mm inner diameter all the way through fella, you can source tee offs that can be cut into the top rad pipe on cars, bit fiddly on ours because of the short length and shape, but possible, you can see em in demon tweeks, however fitting yer sender is a different matter, hence why i do the top ones in stainless and boss to suit any gauge, cheers smithy
  23. Nice job mate, now she's as clean as yer engine bay  cheers smithy
  24. Hi Ajay, can you check to see if you have a payment from me but for someone else, long story, lol anyway paypal are telling me it's still unclaimed your end cheers smithy
  25. Don't worry guys will sort new belt for each of yer on monday and many thanks Paul for letting me know. cheers smithy
