  1. Not only that mate, but am the official only importer of powertrix as of this week  just waiting on my webmaster to upload them on to website any day now :) cheers smithy
  2. Think you bought yours from Coz back in early 2005 mate ? which yeah is pretty much when powertrix 1st got into the suspension market. Now however they use Koyo sealed bearings same as SPL do and unlike SPL have addidtional locking on the locking centre plate, if yer know what i mean :) So Powertrix IMO just pip the post on the adjustable upper arms, having seen shed loads of each brand pass through me hands :D cheers smithy
  3. In short mate almost any decent branded I/C's are gonna be an improvement and as mentioned above, the side mount verses front mount is a long debate. As side mounts, stillen and HKS whilst bigger actually go up behind the indicator cluster, the Greddys however are thicker rather than taller. ARC are renowned to be the best side mounts on the market as they offer both the biggest cubic capacity and a different inlet/outlet design, these improvements though come at a premium, for the ARC around 1300-1400 and a special order. whereas the other brands are around 700-850 for the complete kit. Deffo before bigger injectors. :) smithy
  4. The 11C's is not a problem really mate, they are also the most common available in the UK, the 11B's however which are imported are the ones with a slightly longer shroud and thus further reduce any risk of detonation and have been said to perform slightly better, usually cost just a few quid more per 6. Nowt to worry in having the C's, just get the B's next time around :D smithy
  5. Just PM him mate, think he's back around tomorow or Monday Good luck :) cheers smithy
  6. If your chip was also installed by nisstek, then they often retarded the timing so you would be overfueling rather than leaning out. Not being from the mainland, ( so no idea) if yer not too far from kidderminster, arrange with John dixon to diagnose it for you, he can also check the map on the chip and see what's doing for you.. Either way, timing should be 15 deg mate, easy enough to check and alter. cheers smithy
  7. I had very similar symtoms and eventually narrowed it down to the bearing, changed it and alls good now, not that am saying that is the cause of yours though :) smithy
  8. Not sure if it's 95 or 96 the elec sub fan kicks in to cool things down, so deffo check your system out mate, sooner rather than later :) cheers smithy
  9. Very much doubt it would be the pump mate, yer no where near it's max flowing capabilities. Worth checking fuel regulator 1st but also timing is set at stock ( 15 degs) and not advanced at all. Have you a consult to check everythings okay ? smithy
  10. Yep, pretty much same as mine though I seldom see 90. If it went much beyond it's worth worrying, Ideal temps is around 80-85 mark. smithy
  11. Very cheap mate, assuming that they are DS2500 or above ? owt lower with ferodo is not much better than stock see. cheers smithy
  12. Ferodo are deffo better, depending on what grade you go for, however the decent ones don't half cost and can give off some awful brake dust. Most popular has gotta be porterfield, search or click the link in my sig.. cheers smithy
  13. Only the thickness mate, N/A 26mm, TT 30mm cheers smithy
  14. Well mate i take me hat of to yer, you've had nowt but bad luck since day one, thrown some serious cash at it and yer still on good form  am sure everyone on here will agree, fair balls to yer bud :) Now that you seem to have sorted the niggly problmes out and know whats up with this engine, you really need to sort the final chapter of this saga out and recoup some cash to get yerself back on track again. If this engine came from a trader here, hopefully you've asked Mac/Shunter for help, if so and things ain't getting resolved within a reasonable time frame, i strongly suggest small claims court on line, an easy process for around 50 quid which you get back if you win. Sit down and think excatly how much this has cost you besides the engine cost and start proceedings, if he is on this forum, let the committe know and show them proof you have started a case and they should take the appropriate action against him/her themselves. Hopefully you'll end up with some cash back to make you a happy Zedder and the other person concerned will be more helpful when things go wrong in the future ! Good luck mate and if you need a hand with court on line, let me know i've had to use this a few times meself  cheers smithy
  15. I ship all around the world mate and to the US usually every few days ;) just let me know what yer after. cheers smithy
  16. Check out the link in my sig mate ;) smithy
  17. For the sake of less than a tenner registered post next day service, I'd send it to Andy mate. Least you know a 100% either way and if it's okay he can sort out the chip whilst there ;) Thought I'd fried me own sometime ago when i fitted the chip incorrectly, luckily I hadn't.
  18. Just click the link in my sig mate ;) smithy
  19. Good to see you finally got it somewhere to be sorted mate, at least all the niggly things that caused problems are done giving you a bit more hope, just leaving the 1 big one to be sorted now which am sure you will ;) smithy
  20. 890 is the one that should be supplied with it mate, so yer pretty close. Just a point of reference for anyone buying unorthodox or SGP pulleys, from me anyways, ALL belts for the jap spec TT and all models of N/A will be genuine Nissan belts, Uk spec TT's upto 94 I supply 2 nissan belts and 1 Gates belt, all always fit 1st time round with no issues ;) Whoever supplied you Jay, supplied the incorrect belt, any probs with others let me know. cheers smithy
  21. shame he won't respond to emails, phone, fax or long distance carrier pigeon  Seems to be the norm from what the Aus forum are saying too............ smithy
  22. Didn't the person who supplied the pulley in the 1st place supply the belts with it fella ? would have saved yer messing around ;) smithy
  23. Doh too many Zeds at yer bud :D cheers smithy
  24. Don't forget bud yours is an N/A which is different to TT's built before 94 ;) smithy
