What the feck was he doing with a gun in his house? Plus with the millions of squirrles in this country how could he be sure that he got the right one. I think he should be done with having a fire arm in his house, in possession of a deadley weapon and disturbing the peace.

Track rod ends are fine, changed one as I said. I replaced the torsion bushes a few months ago. I thought it was that at first and it ended not being it. I thought it was the track rod end, but it wasnt. Andy, where abouts did you tighten the bolt(s)? It is deffinatly the front thats doing it and deffinatly on the drivers because passengers say they can hear it but not feel it. Stuart

I changed my Track rod end yesterday however the car still makes a clunk under tight corners or when the weight is on the drivers side. How ever the feel of the ride is better so it did need doing. All I can think of the clunk is, is the suspention. As I said it clunks when going round a corners and when I straighten up it clunks back. I can feel it in the steering wheel and on the floor. So my question is this. Where is the best place for struts? What should I go for and what do they cost aproximatly? From what I heard the Nissan ones are about £100 each which is not too far off better after market ones. So any one ideas? Thanks Stuart

I am not here to have a go at them. I am having ago about how the Labour government deal with it. My frame on mind is that there are some people who are in deep trouble and need to leave thier country and they wish to live in a safe place, work and live a normal life, and this is where they need our help. Then there are the ones who come her and take the piss and just want an easy life living on benefit and then bring all their family over for an easy life too. As we all have noticed that there are more and more asylum seekers around your area like here too. My mum works in a school where more and more are turning up every week. One lad in particular, aged about 14-15, came to this country, from Kosavo, only knowing a little English. As he got better so did his work. One peice of work was about why they came here. The story told of how the Kosavo army took their house and all thier belongings and gave them to some one else. Most probably because they where of a different religion. They had no family or no one they could go to. No one to go to get thier home back so they had to leave but not by their own choice. It broke my heart when my mum told me the story. Any way. I regualry hear about this lad from my mum discribing him as a perfrect gentleman and a lovely lad. His english now is perfrect after less than a year here, he does all his work and he flew past his exams and is estimated to get a grade C or above in all his lessons. So he is doing better than 70% of the rest of the school. Last week their family got orders to go home. :( This is a family who needs our help. When asked what will happen when he goes home, he said he didnt know ah has no where to live. On the other hand. The government are letting 2 gay Jamacian stay because they say, they live in fear of Homophobic abuse. Again in my mums school, a family from Poland and a family from Malta have been granded asylum becasue they are ECONOMIC REFUGEES. In other words they had no job where they came from. These 3 countries, Jamacia, Poland and Malta or not at war nor have they been in over half a centry. Their own army haven't thrown them out of thier own home. Their own government havent denied their existance. Yet they can stay. What is this country coming too? The sooner Labour get out of power the better. Windows ME is said to be the Worse windows. You would be hard pushed to find a going copy of XP because of the protection they have. If all you are doing it desktop stuff on the PC and not do any gaming there is no point on upgrading the Graphics. Stuart

Thing is its not a Microsoft Messenger hole. Its a message sent using net send. For example NET SEND xx.xxx.xxx.xxx "Type you message here" Will send a message to what ever IP address you put and will appear like a box like on my screen grab. You can do it with names of Domians or workgroups or computer names instead of the IP address, but thats for the LAN. Try it. Get your own IP address and send your self one. Put in your computer name. This command is only found on Win NT Win 2000 or Win XP. Dont think 95 or 98 has it. Not sure about ME. But all versions of windows can recieve them. Stuart

Nothing really. Turbos work mostly on their size. Smaller turbos that try to create the same pressure as larger ones have to spin quicker and end up shattering themselves to bits.

Has anyone else been getting popup messages with adverts on? I dont mean an explorer window with an advert. I mean the type of message you get with the NET SEND command or with chat32 found on Win 95 and 98? Attached is a screen grab of whats been coming up on my screen. I emailed my ISP and some young twit who has probably had a crash course in the internet is trying to tell me, who has had a PC since the AMSTRAD 1512 and 1640 days and has had the internet for over 10 years and who is doing a Computer Science degree of which a large portion of it is networking and internet secuitry, that its some thing wrong with my computer. Is any one else getting these? Does any one know of a program that I can use that tells me all the traffic that comes through my computer? I had one years ago that did it. I want to get the IP of the people who are sending these so I get complain to the right IPS. Stuart

I think the air comes in from the same area as the Intercoolers. The stock box is really a dual filter. It needs two panel filters, one filters the air from one side of the intake and the other, filters the otherside. The air then goes through a single Mass Air Flow Sensor and then splits again to go into the engine. If you want an aftermarket cone filter a single cone setup will do you fine. Its only when you are pushing serious power do you need a dual cone setup. Stuart

When my speedo died the steering didnt change. It was all exactly the same but the speedo wasnt showing any speed. Sounds like speed sensor to me

I was looking into getting a second car and had the same problem as you. Unfortunaltly I didnt put my Z on classic insurance and I if I wanted to change it I would have to cancel my policy and start a new one. Speak to your insurance company. My one gave me 1 years no claims on a 2nd car. I was all ready to do it when my clutch went and the money has been spent keeping my Z on the road. DOH!

Think you should be able to get them from Nissan in the UK.

2 things it could be 1 Speed sensor in the gearbox has gone. About £100 for a new onw. 2 The KPH to MPH converter on the dial has gone south. I think they can be repaired if not replace it. This is most common in JAP cars and 90% of the time it's becuase of the speed converter. Get it checked out if you can. I have no idea where it is or what it looks like cos I have a UK car. But some one can shed some light on what to do Stuart
