I think the only problem you may encounter is heat. Most paint will blister under heat but I dont know if there is enough heat inside the light unit to cause it to blister. Why dont you try chroming it yourslef. Its only like thick Kitchen foil that you put glue into it. Stuart

My girlfriend likes it but wouldnt drive it. There are 1 or 2 women Z owners on here too.

I think you just take it off and rinse it out with water and let it dry after. You must let it dry though.

I dont think so. If the clutch pedal is too high up, it will stop the clutch getting full pressure on the flywheel. The clutch could be fine.

I have no choice. I have to drive mine as its the only car I have and insurance on a 2nd car will cost me over £600 FPFT. Drive like a pussy. Its not so much the pulling off thats the problem, its the stopping and turning. I have traction control which helps but it doesnt make you turn or stop.. Stuart

Welcome back :D If I remember I read some parts on there which didnt comply with a Z. Cant remember exactly what, but it was something like he described a part of the car which meant it was a Jap but he said it was a UK and other things that where totaly false about the Z in the first place. Cant remember what though and I cant be bothered reading it again.

I just love them I want 18's with mean 285 on thr rear and 245 on the front with them ;)

I know that the RAC have one of thier policy of they will take you to the garage if you need a toe there. Usually its to the closest garage able to do the work but I am sure that if you say its a specialist vehicle you need a specialist garage. Stuart

No its 50Hz not 100hz. I hear that for cames you should turn it off but I dont have it.

Bought a Widescreen TV a few days ago it all works fine but while playing my Xbox on it, about a 1/4 of the screen on the left flickers. Not much when you look at a still picture you can easliy notice it. The right side of it does it too but only for about 1cm in to the screen and the same with the top. The area that flickers is slightly blured. You can see with writing on the screen, where on the left is slighly blured and towards the middle its sharp. I wasnt happy at first but I know that large screens and consoles dont mix very well. I took my Xbox down to some ones house who has 28inch widescreen like mine but a different and cheaper modle. Mines a Panasonic and thiers is a Toshiba. There was a slight flicker of the left of the screen but it was only the very edge and it was only noticable if you really looked for it. This has made me wonder whether my TV is working correctly. I have bought a new AV cable for my Xbox thinking its that, a RGB one which is better quality but the flicker is still there. My Xbox is nowhere near the TV so its not interveriance from that and there are no other electrical appliences near it. The closest is are the plugs 4 foot bellow the TV. However the confusing thing is that the TV is fine, no flicker. DVD's are great which are played on my Xbox so its not the Xbox interfering. What do you people think? Do you think I have a problem with my TV? Should I take it back? Stuart

I think some one has a virus who has my email address in thier address book. Its no one on here its some one else but I have received ober 10 emails today from his vairying from ones with love in the title to funny screen savers and Hotmail hacks. All have an attachment, of about 46Kb. I have not opened any of them but I feel that the person who I keep getting these emails off opened the file and its effected his computer. So just warning people not to open any attachmets about screen savers, hotmail hacks or love. Stuart

Am I the only one who thinks that American cars are crap? Huge V8 engines that produce feck all and start redlining at 6000rpm, 4.5litre with 270bhp and I think the turbo. Feck me that is shit.

I was thinking about getting a 2nd car but at the moment I cant afford it. I am looking at £500-£750 for a decent 2nd car Corsa Metro or escort then its another £600 insurance, cos you have to start with 0 NCB and then it may need tax which is another £100. I doubt it will come with 4 new tyres of 6 months down the line its £150 for 4 new tyres, MOT £30 and then you still have to buy petrol/diesel for it and still pay towards the upkeep of the Z. You will save money in the long run but you maybe have to go a nearly a year before you start making savings after paying off the extra car. Stuart
