Dont bother getting the crank seal from Courtesy because they will charge you $49 to deliver. Ok when you buy expensive and lots of items, but the seal is only £20 MAX from Nissan. I got one and oil leak gone :D I think its a seal they use for others cars too cos they had them on the shelf. After cost of delivery, tax, duty and the time it takes to get here, its cheaper to get it from Nissan.

I think with sensors you are better going for official ones or ones made for a ZX. Different sensors have different resistance and the ECU will translate this as the wrong temperature. Stuart

Yes for about a second till the fuel pressure builds up. You can actually hear it all the time but the engine and exhaust sound drowns it out. I can hear mine when I start the engine and stand behind the car. Stuart

I have no idea. Never been and I dont know if anyone else has been. There may be some people there with displays but I doubt there will be much there that you can actually buy, except magic trees ;)

The flat part of the filter point to the front of the car if I remember. It may take a few attempts to get the car going cos all the fuel in the fuel lines in the engine would have poured out. You have to crank it a few times to get the fuel back in there. It may be worth resetting the ECU too. Disconnect the battery for an hour or so. Stuart

The fuel filter is not really under pressure. You wont get a face full of fuel but petrol will pur out of the filter and lines for a few seconds. Stuart

Is it the fuel pump? Located at the back of the car?

All well and done but you find an acutall CD that allows writing at that speed. I have a Memorex 32 speed write and I think 2 and a half mins to write a CD is fast enough. I wouldnt go for the non major makes. From experience from when my first writer broke 13 months after I bought it, and it cost me over £200. Stuart

also get you rear wheel balance checked too. You shouldnt be charged to have it checked.

I dont know about the water out the exhaust. I know that when I do an oil change water pisses out my exhaust for a few mins after I do it. As for the stuff on the oilcap. It could be a moisture from standing for a while but where has it come from? It could be a leaking head gasket. Stuart

I thought you should be the hose expert BOOM, BOOM, TISH! Try twinturbo.net. I think more people there would have done thier own rebuild and may be able to help you more. But basically, get your hands on a load of vacume hose and replace it all if you can. Wont do any harm. Stuart
