I have said that my Z just doesnt seem fast as it used to. How can I search for a boost leak? People say listen but how can you hear a leak when the engine is running? Stuart

I think that is wrong. If you are accused of anything you have the right to see the proof before you goto court. I think they are trying to pull one on you. Stuart

Havent they got 12 days to send a letter to you. Any thing longer than that and they cant prosicute because you can just say you cant remember who was driving what and at what time nearly 2 weeks ago.

My stock reads over 14psi cos its shit. Its getting the feed from the same place as the stock gauge anyway. I cant see how you get more boost with intake and exhaust. The waste gate opens when it reaches 9psi/0.62bar causing all excess pressure not to enter the engine. But saying that every where I read about stages at stage 2 is says 10.5 psi. Where does that come from. So you maybe right. Could I have a boost leak some where? How can you tell? People say you can hear it. Hear what? Stuart

Yes I was looking at those Cheaper from the US though, but I dont know how much cheaper after you add tax and shipping and what not. Plus they dont include the sender units, which will cost you £6 more :(

I ordered them 1ish on yesterday (Tuesday) and they arrived 12o'clock today (Wednesday) Boost gauge is easy to install as every one knows. I bought some dials :D Nice and colourful. The colours are good on the pic but better in real life. The purple is more purple and less pink, there is a more noticable difference between the light blue and dark blue and the red is more red and less orange. I think Bagins has just ordered the boost gauge from where I did, and I think he wont be disapointed. What you think of them? There is a oil pressure gauge to join them too when it arrives. I ordered that one from some where else. Stuart

Which one did you get? I got the LED ones. :D I am about to post pics of them lite up :D Really easy to do. Like I said the hardest part is to get the tube through the hole near the battery. For the light, get a feed from the light on the ash tray. Take off the surrounding near the hand brake and use the red and green wire to power the light. :D Stuart

I am currently trying to get some pics of it light up now its getting darker, but I will need to get the tripod out cos its using a fast shutter speed so you dont see the colours so well. Stuart

Piss easy. You get a t-peice to put on your current boost tube. Put the new tube through a hole in near the battry to get in the car. Screw it to the back of the dial and its done. Hardest part is trying to get the tube through the hole. Stuart

Its in and every thing :D The look good too and from my test run are accurate. I run stock and it showed 9psi on the gauge. It cost £39.99 plus £8.50 for over night P&P. Errga what? Boss? What? Do you mean like that brass nut with a tread on it? If you know what I mean. ;) How much would that cost though? What thread is the stock sender unit? Cos it dont fit in there either. The sender unit is too thin and the adapter (Boss think I think you are talking about) is to big. I got my new Boost gauge in. It looks cool :D Stuart

Listen for the fan noise again. Then see if its coming from the vents near the interior light between the T-Tops. Stuart

Yep, and CHAP car or INDY car or what ever the hell they call it, are turboed and dont use BOV's. Do the Ferrari F40 and F50 use BOV's? I dont think they do. I have heard vids of F40's and I dont remember hearing one. I dont think Lotus uses BOV's or Noble. Stuart

I have ordered some new 52mm gauges to put in my empty din, oil pressure, boost and water temperature. How can I put the new Water Temp sensor and the stock sensor on at the same time? I have been told there are no T-Peices for it. Can I use the same one from an oil pressure T-Peice? Stuart Stuart
