they replace the recircs, remove them and connect these to where the recircs went, then t-piece the bits of vacuum pipe and them run them to a vacuum point, ie plenum etc :)

looks like a hks/hks copy blow off valve to me :) you need 2 of them ;)

Maybe he is into the stealth/retro look?? Maybe all the performance mods are sooooooo well hidden for the stealth look and he is really into the older retro zeds so he has retro fitted the hicas, interior etc etc :D :smw:

yeh was a couple of years ago, nearly made me give up on zeds as i'd spent sooooo much on a trust engine rebuilt and i just needed my turbos (675's i think from memory) but took that long and then eventually went under that i gave up on the project :( Yeh not had anything to complain about with Kyle, his attention to detail even with shiping items out was first class :) Mike

unless he has an safc to fool the ecu into thinking its only getting half the air flow then it just wont work, as lymon says it will run but badly i would have thought and it wont be long before he fooks the engine LOL

a standard TT pump is rated to 255 lph which is good enough if its working at 100% for 550 odd bhp (unless your in the usa when its good for 800 LMAO sorry couldnt resist) a twin setup is what i was going to do, i was going to run twin lines to the front from twin walbro intank pumps, these were going to be in tandam but make sure you fuse the second one seperatly and also make sure you get a fuel pressure guage to monitor any drop Mike

sounds like the clutch, the twin plates do make quite a bit of noise, now and again its worth giving it a real good launch to clean the plates off and see if that helps could be something else but it sounds like a gearbox/clutch noise to me as its only doing it in a low gear at low speeds. anyway thats easy to solve, dont drive slow :D i also think when you get a new car you listen for everything and wonder whats that etc, i know i do it when i get a new car LOL how was the trip back pete?? LOL were not tough bud, but we have had some people on who have posted silly dyno's with a spec that simply cannot do that and tbh from the power vs spec list that was posted (not by yourself) regarding your car made me sceptical ;) Were nice here really but i still think that the usa bhp reads alot higher than the uk bhp, maybe its because you all are rich and use race gas for normal driving :D As i said its a lovely car and one which i would love to own but theres a big problem with your car some idiot has stuck the steering wheel on the wrong side :rofl: Mike
