depends how many songs you want on it?? if its 10 or 20 albums then go for a 4gb one or if you want to do a massive collection then maybe a 20 or 40gb one. tbh i got the really small one with 1 or 2 gb memory and it holds 6 or 7 albums which is more than enough and its tiny :) plus there about £50 LOL Mike

Right i have just been through all this with BT I was getting very good speeds at my old house but moved and had it installed, again the 8mb and it was shite. Now just to clarify when BT say 8mb thats not what your likely to get, most of the lines in this country wont support true 8 or 16 etc mb but more likely 5 or 6 mb and even then thats just what your line will support its not what you will get as a download speed as in the exchange they have server cards, usually 32 or 64 which is shared between residencial and business addresses and the spit will depend on how much business there is!! again it all depends on what time you go on, in the evening more residencial will be on so them server cards will be devided between the people who use it so again the speed will go down. Right back to my problems LOL I was getting a line support of 2.6mb and a massive DL speed of between 100kpbs and 240 kpbs which is utter rubbish!! so i do what i do best and complain as i need a decent speed as i work from home and all the systems i use are web based so its pretty important!! anyway to cut a long story short after refusing to speak to India!! i spoke to the broadband centre in dublin and cardiff who arranged an engineer to come out and my line was faulty, he fixed it and my line now supported 5mb BUT still no faster downloads!! so back onto them again saying that basically its not now a fault at my house but theres obviously a blockage somewhere else!! anyway an engineer checked the box at the end of our estate and since then happy days i get around 3000 kpbs :) So my advice is stick at it and complain, ask for a manager, tell him how important it is say you want an engineer out and dont take no for an answer ;) Mike ps this is a great speed checker site http://www.speedtest.net/index.php

Yep hats off, theres not many people who would invest lots of money in a 10++ year old datson!!! we much be mad :rofl: And yes it must be certainly one of the most tuned zeds in the country, i know of only 2 or 3 which i would class in the same league as macs so its an elite club :cool: Mike

its too late bud, there restricting entries this year and you also need to qualify as there only letting certain proven speed cars in now and to get macs car ready its going to need alot of prep work, lightening etc but hey theres next year and hopefully mac wont be the only zed in it :) Mike

Nice one matey, no pain no gain ;) Oh and you were right, i was checking and the 18 and 20g turbos will go to 28 psi which is the maximum the compressor wheel speed will allow, on a test bench the optimum boost is 20.7 psi but obviously with only a 1.5 ltr running each then its going to take more to push its optimum but it looks like you have got there and possibly another 1 psi as well to come then go to the dark side and run a map on the loopy juice which will allow for heavily advanced timing which will mean even more power :) Once its all running i will have to pop round ;) Speak soon bud Mike

i must admit i saw the latest sony lcd at my local HC shop when i picked up my new speakers and it was playing in true 1080 running the new sony bluray player which isnt out till autumn and it was mind blowing how good it was :) with regards to panels i always thought lg made 90% of all the panels, mainly for samsung etc and the sonys were made by matsushita or what ever there called which own sony, panasonic etc?? but ive been wrong before and no doubt wrong again LOL

Not true sony make thier own stuff and is made in the same factory as panasonic. You are right though about one thing, most others like samsung, lg etc do tend to be the same panel with a different badge on or slightly different casing but sony dont do that ;)

the sony is very very good, also check out the philips 42" LCD they have in currys on special for £699!! jesus thats cheap for a decent make big TV i just got the new viera panny 42" hd tv and it has blown me away with its hd especially on the ps3 ;) Mike
