Hi Alex, I agree with everything smithy said! Hybrid can mean almost anything - if19psi is the max they cant be 360' roller bearing turbos and if you are thinking about an upgrade then really you should look look to 360' if not roller bearings. If you are looking to replace because your existing ones are knackered i know Smithy can offer a good alternative - i went for smithy's stage 2-3 roller bearings for a performance increase. Hopefully i should be able to post the figures in a few weeks. SE do a roller bearing T28 which has more lag but more top end that smithy's stage 2-3 and are a bit more expensicve and if you 've got money to burn i would reccomend the Greddy TD05-16G.
