Which 15" monitor?
Cheers mate :) Forgot an important part though (head is full of cold at the moment and can't think straight!): it needs to be a 12V, TFT screen that uses around 50W ;)

Which 15" monitor?
For a PC (hence "monitor" in the title ;)). I don't have a fixed budget in mind. I'm happy to pay for quality but like everyone else I'll try and hunt out the best deal I can before I do. Why? Did you have something in mind then?

Which 15" monitor?
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good quality 15" screen? Looking for something that is preferably wall mountable, with no in built speakers and that is as slimline as possible. A 14" screen would be perfect but I don't think there are many of those about unless you guys can point me in the right direction? Cheers, Leigh.

Carputer
I'm in the process of getting the spec together for a two screen system that has the works as one's being installed in my car (it's being put together by one of the guys who runs one of the UK Cap PC forums). I'll post pictures of the end result when finished. Simon (pk1): haven't heard back from you about the screens mate. Did you get my email? I'll be coming to you for the power supply soon when the shopping list for the Carputer project is finalised ;) Leigh

V8 300zx
Because I don't like the elastic power delivery of turbo'd cars, one of the reasons why the swap is happening. The smooth, linear delivery of a N/A V8 is very appealing (TBH I'll probably be more than happy and not want to go down the FI route in the end).

V8 300zx
At least two guys on here will be having different mounts made up so the engine will sit lower. And regarding the supercharger, at least one won't be going down that route as he's bored the 4.5litre engine out to 5L and is turning it into a 9500 rpm screamer and the other has been in contact with a couple of guys in the US who are trialling a supercharger for the VH with a view to fitting one much further on down the line. ;) Leigh

I think this is cool, wish I could get a new Ulternata though
After seeing this: for some reason I have a strange urge for Fruit Salads...

350Z Engine
If you're serious about an engine swap take a look at the VH45DE. If you search on here you'll see a couple of people are doing it ;) Also look on http://www.hybridz.org and http://nicoclub.com/ for more information. Leigh

simple answer m3 vs. zx thats all can or not
When the turbo's kicked in we gained so quickly I was almost sitting next to him! Lol! Seem to remember he also gave us a friendly wave of acknowledgment so Beemer drivers can't be all bad :D Leigh

My 2 tone Z - no PSP !! pics
James mate, it looks fantastic! Just gutted I didn't get to see it in the flesh on Saturday at JAE! It's got to be so satisfying to have designed how you wanted it to look and actually make it happen! As has already been said it's eye catching but subtle at the same time...good work fella I'm well chuffed for you! :D Leigh.

Diameter of front and rear suspension turrets?
As above. Anyone know? :) Cheers, Leigh.

More work on my dash today
LMAO! Got something in common with your wife then as I'm from there as well! :D And the years of electro shock therapy did wonders in eliminating any trace of my "Brummie twang"...:D ;)

More work on my dash today
I'd love to have the skill to do that mate! I always look at people like yourself and Steve (Bodywork Plus) and wish I could do the same kind of stuff! I'm an artist for my sins (no steady income but I enjoy it!) and although I mostly get commissioned for paintings these days I used to do a lot of sculpture and installation/film work so although I'm not used to using fibreglass it's kind of similar in a way...always get a buzz seeing something take shape!

More work on my dash today
Lol! That sounds like three weeks of fun to me! Reckon he'll notice there's no tread left on the tyres when he comes back? ;) Thanks for the offer of help mate, it's really appreciated, I may just take you up on it! ;) I'm going to town on the interior as she's been taken up as a showcar for Bodywork Plus (a trader on here) and between the two of us we're turning the Zed into a bit of a beast...totally custom inside and out with a damn great V8 powering the lot! :D Is that your business then? Never really looked at buggies before and some of those in the Gallery look madder than a bag of badgers! Nice!

I'm in love! Not 56K friendly...
You'll HAVE to introduce me...when the missus isn't round obviously! :D ;) Good news about the Beemer mate, bet you had some fun today ;)

More work on my dash today
Lol! I know the feeling! ;) I looked like I'd been attacked by a bag of flour the other day, the bloody stuff gets everywhere...and I mean EVERYWHERE! Always wanted to get into designing/making bodykits myself...are you building from scratch or modifying an existing one mate? I'm currently dreading doing the doorbuilds!
