if you think being in glasgow with an english accent brings you abuse, try the old kent road with a glasgow accent. I was down there a while back with a bunch of mates (one irish, one swedish, one jamaican and myself). W@nky t0sspot boy desides he doesnt like my accent.lol. But having said that a lot of the glaswegians I see down here (especially the young lads) put on the wildest glasgow accents, because I suppose they think it will impress people with how "hard" they are. In closing, I would say that there are hard b@stards wherever you go, just their accents differ :)

if others are up for it , so am I, if not I will go and kill some clay pidgeons :)

I have the same on mine james, you may find you have them in the front doors too, when new they were ported boxes with an amp in each box, but I found that both my speakers and amps were gone, so rewired with just speakers, but I think the boxes help the sound anyway :)

I agree wirth paul, a stroker should be a right of passage, but the only decent one out there now is the aprilia 250, and they are rare as hens teeth. My advice to you is get yourself an older cbr600, they are easy to ride, will come up with the goods if you feel the need, easy to work on, shed loads of mods and spares about and are as cheap as chips to buy and insure. Spend a couple of summers (and winters) learning to ride and building up your no claims bonus (hopefully) then look at a bigger bike (my personal choice would be a standard 98/99 Fireblade, for all the reasons above and a fooking fast machine if you wind it on. Only machine I ever felt 100% on, with my chin on the tank and the needle off the clock. Other bikes will do it, but the blade was as steady as a rock at an estimated 160+

scott, you should have a hardoard cover that supports the carpet, it is in two pieces and covers the spare wheel, so there should be no bulge in the carpet

I have a kenwood in mine, first mounted it in the plastic of the centre console with the decorative surround, then I got hold of the metal bracket which screws behind the centre console and mounted it in that, there was a gap, but I have a piece of trim which fits around the radio and behind the console , conceals the gap. Think I have another lying about if you want it??

well ive got three on my drive, yours, andyG (blue), steves (grey),and there is a red one off the forum in croydon (the guys name escapes me) have noticed 2 grey and a black in croydon that I dont know, a black 2 seater and 2 reds over in banstead way, so quite a few in the area mate, not all on the forum tho
