Have recently seen quite a few starter motors which have only one bolt in them, in one case the support fram around the motor had snapped at the point where it sits over the stud, causing the motor to drop out of the bell housing. I dont know if this is an issue thats been noticed before, but when I put mine back in a touch of thread lock will be involved.

They lok like the old cord rings, which can be a pig to tur ver the first time ( have seen people tow cars round a yard in gear). I would stick with nissan bud :)

no need to change clutch, when you order RTLC tell them its for a zed (they wil send you a zed specific wiring plan, and I believe you can buy the launch cble and add it in but in my experience the add ons cost a lot more than if you buy it as a package

In answer to the how to questions, no its not difficult. The ecologically correct way is to get the system discharged abnd then its just a case of removing the belt, pump, condenser and associated pipe work. However, rumour has it , that if you put a cloth over valve which you will find behind your hicas pump, and stick a match in it, the system "miraculously" discharges itself. But romour also has it, that it discharges under pressure, makes a mess, which you will want to wash away, and you wouldnt want to get it in your eye :)
