  1. Looks like there is a problem with your fuel gauge, mine hasnt reached that high in years
  2. Yes they are a crock of shite lol, they were the first ones i ever tried.
  3. I found if you are keeping the same colour and led strip is good for the auto selector.
  4. No these ones http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10x-194-168-T10-2825-5-LED-WHITE-Wedge-Car-Bulb-Light-/310717914472?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item48583b1d68 But the smd ones should be ok in white, dont get the same spread with blue. Trial and error with some of the latest 501's that are coming on the market to see which works best for you.
  5. The neo wedges are ok for the drivers pod, but the angle of the light is not sufficient for the aircon pod. To help with spread i usually sand the top off the dome of the led, also diffuses the light rather than getting a hotspot. Aircon pod i use 2 leds in each aperture with the obvious blue and red for the temp arrows. T10 or 501 for the dash, i tried several variants to get a good light spread and ended up with the 5 way 501 which just about fit in the hole and to get rid of the hotspots i used a couple of led strips as in the files below. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=51292&d=1257699780 http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=51293&d=1257699780 Generally the light bar at the bottom of the front of the dash will give a front light and can glare off the dials or spoil the overall backlit effect so i never use them. For the dash you cant have a an led ftiing that is too long as it will hit the light pipe of the diffuser on the rear of each dial face. You are not looking for real in your face brightness, but a nice even OEM look light spread, which often photos of said effect dont show unless you have a great camera lol.
  6. Happy Birthday Nicci have a great day
  7. Happy Birthday Ollie, all the best
  8. Looks the nuts Dave, have you any more pics on the arch work?
  9. Cheers bud :thumbup1:
  10. Get over yourself lol, i stalk everyone :lol:
  11. Everything else on the throttle bodies are the same for TT and N/A, you can take a vac line off another part of the plenum with a T piece or Y joiner.
  12. Ref to price, whatever one you get it will be cheaper in the ling run than buying cigs lol, I was spending nearly £60 a week on fags, i now smoke roll ups, but only now spend just over £10 a week. Its not the smoking necessarily i wanted to stop but the financial outlay compared to the costs abroad. Ill be damned if im giving the government my hard earned twice lol
  13. The one you have pictured is probably the best, ive got one of the electric fags, that look like a fag and its ok, but still wasnt allowed to use it on a plane. The one above you can get different flavors and strengths, so will be more usable for your needs.
  14. Saw this earlier in the month when working away, only had the chance now to upload from my phone. Not only a nice car, what drew me to take a picture was the number plate
  15. Happy Birthday Andy, hope you have a really nice day :happybday:
  16. You have a gearbox mount and the two engine mounts in the bay, but i guess someone has refered to the rear mounts as the gearbox and yes thats the power steering pump left on, sometimes the ac on the other side is also left.
  17. Best changing what you can for peace of mind
  18. I agree with you there lol, ive done some bitches in the past
  19. Happy Birthday mate, have a great day doing whatever you want.
  20. Quick and easy is not something i would describe doing the cambelt and waterpump on a zed lol, out of the car, easy, but in........ Did he check the timing with a gun?
  21. I would check your brake fluid level too lol, looks a little low
  22. There is often a genuine reason for parts posted, not turning up, which is why its usually preferable to send items recorded, you have a way of tracking the item and saving future head aches. I have had issues with Royal mail in the past and generally send recorded now, it doesnt cost much extra, but worth the peace of mind.
