You're right Paul. I did mean Timmy Turbo. Sorry - I've made myself look like a ruddy fool (again). :x: ;)

Banned
I think he got a life time ban. I can't believe Chunk's got banned too. :x: When he was national events organiser he made loads of good stuff happen.

I'm a married man! (But still available for high* quality, low commitment liasons with our female members) *Well, low to medium quality.

Tyres
Goodyear F1 don't last that long. Falken are good. Or Dunlop 9000s. I find http://www.blackcircles.co.uk good as they include fitting and are cheap.

Life really can kick you in the balls
lol - no wonder they're shaking the place up then! ;)

I think they do take drugs these days - a mate was into it all and feely admitted he took lots of steroids. He was quite short but his biceps were bigger than my head. It's a shame in a way - but it's the nature of our modern society.

Sorry to hear this mate. I was looking forward to seeing it done and showing the rest of the Japanese car scene the 300ZX isn't a wobbly old has-been. Loosing your job sucks - and cars have to take second place to your family when that sort of thing happens. I hope it all works out for you one way or another.

If nothing's arranged it's very very easy to fail to meet each other due to the crowds.

I wouldn't expect to get anything from the state pension. I've got a rusty biscuit tin under the bed full of used notes - that's my pension.

Apexi FC Commander
I would consider putting one on a car if I was having lots of other engine work done at the time but I can't see much benefit in just putting one on? I guess if there car's already modded it can help make the best of those parts?

I,m Ready For Donnington ....
Done Donnington once or twice on bikes. My advice (in any driving situation) is: have them on the brakes! ;)

PMSL, a load of immigrants have just been pulled out of one of the lorries.....
Remember the folk band that played in Phoenix Nights? Sung about a pair of communion shoes? :x:

Urgent Fitting Required
I've used the Zen Garage and found them to be very good. If they're busy there's ZedworX in Sutton Coldfield I think who I've heard lots of good things about. Also Zedworld in Tamworth.

Like you say, shame you haven't got a camera - the tabloids might have bought it. The only problem is they're going to cost the tax payer a fortune now whether they're alowed to stay or if they send the buggers back.

Gonna be Zedless as from tomorrow.....
Fair play to you Si. I'm always terrified to let any sprayer near any car as they so often don't get the colour right. I'm sure yours will be fine though.

Orange c550 unlocking?
Have you been grifting off the kids down the precinct again? :x:

BuGGeR!
Have you got a multi meter? If not you can get one for under £10. Voltage across the battery with the engine running should be about 14.5 volts. Over 15 the reg/rec's letting too much through. Under 14 it's not letting enough through. IIRC anyway!

Descisions Descisions, 93 TT auto or 91 TT Manual
A manual is rarer. Autoboxes can give problems at high miles but should be ok if well maintained. I have an auto and love it but it's up to you to decide which you like.

At school it was always 'The Duke' or 'The Big Man'. Feel free to use them if you wish. ;)

Will it be written off???
I bet doing the whole thing at a proper repair shop with new Nissan parts would cost a fortune but if you spoke to the insurance company and said you'd organise repairs yourself and would settle for (say) £1000, they'd bite your hand off.
