Water injection doesn't give you 100 bhp though! Question is simple enough I think? I think it is like using performance enhancing drugs in sport, a boost only when you need it and it's not runnng all the time so shouldn't count.

Since there has been some discussion about this lately on another thread I'm curious to see what people think. So should NOS be included in power figures for the dyno board?

A lot of great engines aren't just bolt on, the art of rebuilding with, pistons, rods, heads etc is different to a bolt on goodie. It's almost like a quick fix for extra power like an athlete using drugs. Can you imagine a scooby adding nos and saying it has the same power as a Z!!! Everyone would disagree I'm sure

You were lucky Mert and a lot better on PC's than the rest of us who had issues trying to get it to work with vista

I appreciate the power and driving them to but for a power figure it has to be what's been built not just bolted on. Of course it counts for a total figure but not when comparing against others or everyone would just start usng NOS and stop building great engines.

Not sure NOS counts tho for the power stats?

Having done a manual conversion there is a vibration around 2000 revs coming from under the car, then it goes. Changed the oil but still there, could i have connected the middle of the shaft together one wrong. i remember reading when rejoining it that they should have be marked so the when reconnected the balancing was maintained? Otherwise the is a 50/50 chance of it being the wrong around.

The drivers headlight (dipped)doesn't light properly and is dim and mainbeam doesn't work, is this likely to be the relay, fuse or another problem? i have tred a new earth but no change.
