  3. Some people may not understand this unless you are a dog person but I don't care. 12 years ago I rescued Cassie a lab cross dog from a guy who used to beat her, she was scared of men when I 1st had her. She became a very loving well behaved companion and has been through alot with me, good times and bad, my illness and divorce, my son being born and me getting remarried. One of the reasons we moved to the country 3 months ago was so our 3 dogs could have a better life. They are all part of the family and sleep in our bedroom and sometimes jump up on the bed to. Last night she was fine, played with the hose pipe as usual, came round the bedside to say goodnight. I got up this morning and had a shower, our 2 year lab was on the bed playing with her at 7.30, I was 1/2 dressed as I said hello to her. She turned and walked past our bed and just collapsed, groaned a little. I laid with her as my wife frantically phoned the vets to see who was open. I lifted her on to our bed, she tried getting up twice and even wagged her tail. Then she laid down and her pupils dilated, I knew then she wasn't going to make it, after 5 minutes of laboured breathing about 8am she passed away, my old friend. Today has been a bit of a blur, the two others are just wandering around lost as Cassie was the top dog. I picked a nice spot in the garden for her and had to dig a rather large hole as she was a big old girl. I carried her downstairs to the garden and sat with her in the sun for a while until we buried her with a toy and her walking harness. I will miss her.... I get a text this afternoon from my boss saying sorry about the dog but I should of made an effort to come in this afternoon as we are short staffed and he wants me to see him in the morning, angry is an understatement  But this post is to my friend Cassie
  4. As long as good weather I will see you there!
  5. I had the petrol smell on mine, found a leak on the petrol line from the clip. Fixed that and smell came back a while ago and I assumed it was overfuelling as that how it had been set up until it was mapped. Tonight I broke the battery terminal connector, while fixing that I found a leak, the petrol line had perrished after less than a year so check the basics 1st!
  6. None taken :cool3: will post some pics when it all gets done.
  7. The base is for the active aero as this is a TT spoiler not a NA one, on the GTO the tail gate is shaped to accomodate the lip. Without it the active aero doesn't work, when I get the car sprayed there will be some major work to cut, shape and blend it to have a better fit until then it is fitted like that, it's better than driving round like a tw*t in a Corsa with a primer body kit.
  8. Nothing ever does to you Si
