  1. http://bit.ly/HKlSur I don't want to change my front bumper either, I have the standard twin turbo bumper. Thanks
  2. its all in the definition, the term "supercar" is too vague. Jeremy Clarkson once said cars better than super cars are "Hyper Cars".
  3. Unplug your o2 sensors see if that makes any difference. It was the cause of my last hesitation and was the only thing left to check lol...
  4. I have a violent steering wheel shake under braking. I remember some talk on here of some worn bushed that can cause this. Which ones were they and where can I get replacement rubber ones from? Thanks
  5. Cheers guys, si that's not me lol
  6. Cheers, sorry I don't remember you telling me already.
  7. Another job this winter is to install front fog lights from a Japanese car. Has anyone else done this? Where is the best place to get the feed from? Don't suppose there is a how to guide on this any where? Also, how are these switched on and off in a Jap car? Thanks, Dan
  8. Another job this winter will be painting my scuttle panel, I have removed it and it feels rough and going white in places, what's the best paint to use? Thanks, Dan
  9. Thanks guys, joely do have any more pics? Can you see the rim of your wheel when looking down from above?
  10. Yea as far I can work out it will, they will be out 5cm further than stock uk wheels and so rolled arches and stretched tyres will be a must
  11. Some of you may know I am on the hunt this winter for new wheels, I have found the ones I want but have some questions, for the rears I am looking at 18x11 with a 20mm offset, does anyone else have this on rear? Thanks, Dan
  12. Is this something that will of been installed by the alarm fitter? Any idea where I can get one? Thanks
  13. My Z has some sort of Piranna alarm on it for at least six years now, it has a single button fob which locks/unlocks the doors and arms/disarms the alarm. Just recently the button will only arm/disarm the alarm and not work the door locks. I can manually do it with the key which will lock/unlock both doors. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it wont some something is playing up... Any ideas? Thanks Dan
  14. Sorted! two screws holding the injector down, one comes out real easy, the second one ideally needed the plenum off so I hit it round with a hammer and screw driver and carefully wound it out with some pliers, I did have to grind some of the plenum back with a dremmel. I homed the new injector by carefully knocking it down with the clamp in place. Unfortunatley I couldnt get the "awkward to get to" screw back in, so for now its only held in with one... Ideally I need the same thread but with a nut on the top so I can wind it in with the plennum in place... Any ideas where I can get one from? Many thanks, Dan
  15. Anyone have larger diameter wheels on the back than the front, it's an option am toying with whilst on the hunt for new rims, would love to see some pics... Cheers
  16. When you say clean, are you meaning the terminals on the actual injector where I'm testing?
  17. Just tested the resistance again, this time it's just over 300 compared to yesterday's 1500!??
  18. Any idea what would cause two injectors now to go down within a few weeks of one another?? I have now removed my bee r rev limiter as a precaution!?? Many thanks
  19. Thanks lads, my injector has tested at almost 1500, the one next to it was 13, looks like the plenum is coming back off...
  20. Would a fault on maf, ptu and cas connector cause just one cylinder to fail? Thanks
  21. After starting my car for the first time in three weeks to bring it out the garage after fixing my last misfire I noticed yet again it's running on 5. I pulled each coil feed and located the one that didn't change engine note, I swapped two coil packs over to see if the mis moved cylinder, it didn't, so I swapped the spark plugs, the mis didn't move, I checked the voltage at the coil feed and it's live... What should I be checking next? Thanks, Dan
  22. Anyone? It's a shame, I don't really want to take it off.
  23. If you have a bee r how is it set up? When mine hits the limiter the fuel floods the spark and it dosnt run right for a good ten seconds or so after...
