  1. rofl beat me by a minute! Yes all aerotops are Auto's so when you see 1 looks and laugh :smash: TT Manual Supra you are looking at around 8000 for a decent one as most of them are N/A Or Auto's or both! where as you said, you can get a decent Zed and 4k left in your pokcet to match a TT Supra Price for price but the Zed will always win.
  2. The second one is missing something....... i cant quite put my finger on it....... Oh yea a pair of Turbos XD All Show no go love it XD
  3. im a 3d Video designer by day working on new games and animations you see on Slot machines at pubs, bingo halls etc and at night im a caller at my local bingo hall :)
  4. Gain is how quick the boost kicks in (low Gain = more gradual boost) and high gain = a big kick of boost but runs out of puff quicker! Also with an untouched engine id knock down from 17psi as you wont have sufficient mapping or fueling for it and be ready to blow up your engine from major case of DET!
  5. We can see that, but take at least some of my advice... go out and get Active!! Do something to keep your brain busy!! Staring at the computer screen will not solve anything! Go out and Be Active and you will start to feel abit better! Then come back have a look at (hopefully) a long list of Replies to this thread! Oh and no need to apologize :)
  6. Ok guys i dont know if you may or may not have seen this but the boys from the NW group are organising a RR Day and have 5spaces left to fill for the Rolling Road day! The location is not too north westerly so not to bad for us Midlands guys! i was personally on the last one and was a good afternoon and nice to meet everyone and see the cars get put through there paces! THE DYNO place is located at WA1 4SG (Warrington) Date for the day is Saturday 14th November so only just over 1month! So get your names in Quick if interested! Price is 35pounds and all info can be found on the Clicky Below! CLICKY to NW RR Day Thread Info! Im not sure if i can make it but when i know i can ill be putting my name down! Munny
  7. I know negative comments are clearly not what you want here but doing that is the dumbest idea in the world... how on earth is this possibly going to help the situation??? We have all been in your situation and all got through it you just need to Man up abit! Yes i know it seems like tough love but you need to get up and get outside and do something. Sulking at home is only going to make things worse you need to keep your mind active and busy so go for a Jog with a mp3 player or wash the car, clean your garage. DO SOMETHING! The best thing i was told was after a break up was that the best way to get over a girl was every time you had a thought of here just picture her doing a great big smelly shit and then you will stop thinking of her! :D Tough love i know but being soft will only prolong the process of recovery Good luck and stop your hurting yourself! :slap:
  8. Cops may will probably tell you to see the council with the complaint :smash::smash::smash: which is always f**king useful
  9. yes but he is still on standard turbos which max out at 18psi (1.25bar) so as you have larger turbos, of course you can run higher boost :)
  10. Well microdynamics are the makers, Smooth cut will be the type of Limit on the Rev's (as some cut fuel instead of electronically stopping revs or something like that) and i dont know what type of Ignition Unit Zed's have
  11. Check Crank Angle sensor its under the right hand Boost pipe on the side of the cam cover! If it becomes loose this maybe a cause of your Non starting. Alternativly it does again sound like PTU, Check to see if you are getting a spark from the spark plugs as well. Try and isolate where the problem is as it could be any number of things!
  12. Well the stock turbos will be at their maximum at 18psi so you have larger injectors which can accommodate over 20psi (not sure what they're max is) and with the 555 Eprom chip for your ecu you will have sufficient mapped fueling up to and over 20psi so basically you can run MUCH higher boost without risk of running lean! If you have an EBC keep edging up the boost until it feels a good healthy amount (Maybe 16-17psi). Please bare in mind the condition of your engine as if its a shi* engine it wont do it alot of good running lots of boost but if you are confident on its condition go nuts :)
  13. Buy a set of t28 Blades and shaft, bore out your original t25 turbos to house the t28 parts then get the shaft balanced etc put it in and you have yourself a Hybrid turbo combining now fuss putting the turbo back on but the extra power from a t28! Will be far cheaper and better than buying a set of T28 turbos
  14. THANK GOD SOMEBODY ELSE SEE'S WHAT I SEE!!!!!!!!!!As stated by Rich the stock injectors are at there absolute MAX at 14.5-15psi so you cannot utilise all the power of the Tubs without going Major Lean and blowing everything up (1st hand knowledge here :() So to get to the higher amount of boost then Injectors need to be upgraded with a higher CC and the next size up for 300zx's are 555cc which are too big for what people with a slightly upgraded setup and will be pointless (including the whopping price) I agree with you totally on its stupid how Cossie injectors are 1/10th the price but the same size but im unsure about fitment which is why i suggested the 350z ones as they can be bought as 440cc and have similar fuel pressure to a 300zx and according to one forum member a specific series have the same o ring which would entail that fitment may not be a major ball ache and at half the cost much much better value :) If you have a lookie at my 350z injector thread it had no interest really which is a shame as there's not too many people on this forum willing to explore alternatives and too many are 'happy to get the check book out' so to speak  Your train of though on upping power was my exact same thought and im glad to see we both saw that it was the Injectors limiting the power and that upgrading them was the best option but not to spend a fortune on Oversized and Overpriced injectors
  15. It would be a good starting point for the ECO Zed you were talking about ;)
  16. Well... thats because Oil is Thicker when cold thus more pressure to Pump it round and Thin when warm so Less pressure needed :mac1: Not due to a Faulty Sensor :) But yes they are prone to failing as it may not have been changed so your Sensor is pushing 18+years old so well worth to change or get a new gauge and sender :)
  17. If you are doing TDI i would be happy to post this in the Midlands Meet part of the Forum as its relatively close to some! You maybe able to make up a few more numbers if need be! Although i see that they can have a Max of 12 for the day! I will wait until Place, date and amount of spaces are confirmed! Is this ok with you guys if i go ahead with this when the time is right?
  18. should be around 1bar for every 1000rpm, but you will probably find it goes to maybe 0.3bar when oil is nice and hot at idle The stock gauge is pretty accurate but doesnt update itself very often (Most aftermarket update like 50+ times a second) so this is where the problem lies! As long as when your driving it reads a healthy amount (usually 3.5bar on motorway at 70 which will be around 2500rpm) and around 2bar in town driving is what i find if your cruising at 30mph Hope this helps
  19. If i can make it TDI definatly :)
  20. Just remember 1 thing... if you had no oil pressure you'd know about it! :D
  21. Well its not the fact that i want cheap injectors, its just a more practical upgrade than going from stock to Massively over-sized and unnecessary injectors injectors that need loads of tweaking for the remainder of my setup which as they are so oversized will prove pointless, where as i felt that the 350z injectors will be of more use, have a better impact with less farting around and additionally cheaper as well. Also i already have a Adjustable AFR which i didnt know i had until i took out my ecu and found it hiding underneath it  Its not just the cost im thinking of its the pracitcality of it, as mine still is a Daily Driver having massive injectors would be a waste but having a small upgrade for when i do have some fun will do the world of good and remove the threat of running lean. Was thinking it could be a Handy upgrade for others aswell as you wont get more power but shoving in the biggest injectors you can find as we both understand it doesnt work that way :)
  22. Well i will be running programmable management by that time (although STILL saving for all the parts 1st) so i will be fine but im sure that some small adjustments can be made to Chipped Ecu's Fuelling. (IIRC that is) Just think it could be a nice upgrade for people who dont have an arm and a leg to spend and arent chasing power that deserves 555cc injectors if rest of setup is just above stock! Was hoping for a better response to see if this could spark anyone's thoughts on widening the market of parts that can be used for the Z32! Thanks by the way Maz for your Reply :)
  23. Did you see the Great man himself's Video Response??? indeed a repost but always worth another view
