If you are rebuilding the turbo (ie Seals etc) best to send the Shaft and Blades off to be Refurbed and BALANCED and this shall eliminate any play in the shaft.

I did this to solve my Tappets and did the trick! Well worth the £40 i paid for the Engine flush oil!Engine sounds so much Quieter now! Not even loud ticking injectors :D

Are you playing using a wireless connection? Xbox, ps3 or PC? If its Lagg then its your Internet connecction. What kind is it? WHen you bring up Score in game what does your Ping/ Latency say??

No worries mate!Ill chuckle to myself everytime i see it! Just hate to see everyone following the same path and doing the same things! For your ECU why not get some Programmable management. I have been investigating into Megasquirt 2 (CLICKY1, CLICKY2, and CLICKY3) to see if it would be an achievable way to get Programmable management into my car (Although being a Daily Driver = Difficult) With your 'different' setup perhaps this could be an affordable way forward for you then you can have it mapped perfectly for your engine. As all engines are different the Universal Chips you get are not matched per individuals engine's so this i think is the best way to get the best running performance out of the engine. (plus 1/4 price of AEM stuff from Z1...not that i have anything against Z1) Perhaps this is worth looking into :)

lay a few thin bits of wood on the jack place under the car in the strongest positions possible then jack up (wood will spread the weight so not all on 1 small point) then sustain with an Axel stand! Although i can still get my Jacking points with my Sideskirts on

May not be much help to you but i have my Water Temp Sender in an Adapter in my Rad Water pipe and mostly it sits around 70degrees! Now its not on the plenum and is doing the water temp so may or may not be any use to you! Just my 2pence worth
