I know some one as useless as your m8, wonder if they are related? this lad went for his bike test a full hour late and got arsy with them cause they wouldnt take him?, same thing next month too, 2 hrs late this time tho and could not believe they turned him away, the third time i thought i would try to help and went to wake him early so he would make it on time, after half an hour banging on door ringing bell etc he finally got up :) then when he was about to set off only just on time now, i helped him start bike up and watched him get half way down the lane, only too see him run out of fuel, :confused: it made me so so angry at the time, moral is just bin him you cant help some people lol

Ok so what is the cheapest/easiest way to do this, and what should i be upping it too, my car has apexi induction, jwt chip, de-cat, large bore exhaust. Years ago people used to install a knob that turned to increase/decrease the boost but i would assume both turbos have to boost the same so how does it all work??

I contacted these people fpr a ptu for my last z, they wanted 175 quid off me too, which i thought ridiculous, also they wanted 60 quid for honda prelude wipers ???? so expensive i could buy brand new for a hundred, i would not bother using such an expensive firm:mad: :eek:

Dont know why but got caught short and had to re-fuel at morrisons, normally has optimax to "drink" but i had little option than to put their LRP in the tank so just stuck a tenner in the tank, to be safe as i was almost empty, but get this, it absolutely loves it:D , im not kidding its smoother, doesnt feel as grough and seems to accelerate far quicker and smoother with far more pull and instant throttle response, almost unbelievable, either this fuel is better, or the optimax from the garage i go to has problems as i have since filled up again at another morrissons and all is still well, very well. And as if thats not good enough here is the best bit, an extra 40 miles per 20 quid, im now getting 100 miles per 20 quid when just before it was getting only 60 per 20 quid, so i am one happy z owner, baffled but happy, go on tell me this is what happens just b4 they sef destruct, any on else dare to try it ????

Thats a great idea but have you considered how many miles you will have to do to justify the 1500 quid cost, and while your trying to do your slightly slower extra miles remember the govt only promised to freeze tax on gas till 04!, and they have an expensive war to pay for, doesnt take agenius does it ?. Why not buy a cheap diesel 2nd car, does three times the mpg and keep the zx for the reason it was intended, or alternatively if you cant afford it why not sell it ?? just my two penneth

I am about to embark on bringing a car accross from a breakers yard in japan, can anyone tell me any thing about what i should expect to pay to ship it back, what duty i would expect to pay and what does registering it entail, it all seems as though i could easily be ripped off as im quite green at the mo, any advice would be greatly recieved thanks gavo

Hi chris in response to tvr v z, yes i have seen that cerbera many times, my z is black h plate manual tt, 17 inch wolf alloys, huge exhaust and the loudest blow off valves ive ever heard,(you will hear me before you see me) nose cone with 4 slots in and my reg ends RSX so if you see me gizza toot n ill pull in :)

You really need to get it on a ramp and give everything in sight a push and a pull, untill you do its all just guess work really hth
