  2. Sorry but personaly i think flahing and waving at people you dont know because they have the same car is a bit sad let alone the same manufacturer, just my opinion
  3. Proper colour that v nice

No it was me, i bought that smart example from that nice garage(see dodgy dealer thread), i put it thru the wash, stuck a bit brasso on the stylish cortina wheels then went cruisin lol
  6. Oh dear oh dear oh dear???!!
  7. EEEh hey, its been thru the wars mind, look at the way none of the panels fit right, looks as tho a 2nd hand front ends been bolted on and some skoda wheels too, and that silver one is beyond discussion or belief !!!
  8. Maybe were all wrong and its a pair of overpriced spares or repairs, believe me, it wont be long till some one gets tradin standards along to see his cars and after they put him right he wont be trying to flog stuff like that. Personaly i think its scary, some one might actualy buy that and even if it runs rough it will have a fair turn of speed and god only knows what other probs it has, "lethal" comes to my mind
  9. Surely its a wind up, surely to god???
  10. Always remember you get what you pay for and the v cheap ones will be quite awfull condition and prob at the end of their life, people who know they need repairs but cant repair them due to cost etc, will be desperately trying to get out of them hence low prices, before i got my first zed i went to see a number of similar aged "cheap" ones, which reeked of impending doom and gloom, with bad paint and tatty interiors, id given up hope untill i looked at a tad more expense initialy, then the quality changed drammaticaly, so fear not
  11. Try as i might i cant play those?? can anyone tell me what to open it with?? media wont nor will divx, n im not brill with pcs
  12. I know hes weird, and i cant stand alot of his stuff but billie jean by wacko, with the roof off sun beating down and on the open road is mint!!!

its possibly worth 5k 4.5k and 4.5k 5k, but i have one and not interested ps got any photos
  14. Depends like any vehicle how well its been treat, a bad scooby will cost you much more than a good zed, and vice versa of course, there is a wealth of knowledge on here that could potentialy save you a fortune anyway, and for me theres nothing finer after youve parked up for the night and have a last look over your shoulder to see a zed looking back at you !!
  15. Yeah this pic brings back memories of my last zed, which had to have this done, advanced radiators do avery similar sized matrix for fourty quid, but you would be on as long in labour time cutting the aperture(3mm wider), especialy the inner one, as just biting the bullet and paying nissan for the correct fitment, i was given a file and told to have a go, i got into what could only have looked like a plane crash victim position under the steering wheel, where within seconds all blood went to my head, i scraped my knucle off, twice!, and then twisted my neck as i got out and went to ring nissan !!
  16. Ok strange rumbling after 40 and up to 70 ish, searched and found stuff about centre prop bearing ,, so i finally got on ramp today and gave iy a good waggle, definately movement there but not sure how much if any theres meant to be, the rubber looks as though its "sagged"? at the top and a bit flat on bottom, also where the prop meets the diff its leaking slightly/?? is this es a result of prop rubber?? is it an awfull job?? was gomna attempt prop bearing myself but not sure now if this diff seal is going to be a night mare any help much appreciated cheers gavo

Re clutch weight, yeah just to confirm, i just put my n/a in for a tt, so only a matter of days ago i was depressing an n/a clutch which was just as ligth as tt one if not a bit lighter, and i dont find either of them heavy so defo think you have a prob hth
  18. Syko, boolers are wheels semco, wow that was quick have you got the motor already ??? TT tim thanks thats what i was after, dunno why theyre not all just psi tho
  19. roflmao mint !!!!! number5
  20. Hi james, power is defo up on the n/a, not much in it to 60 but from third onwards is where the tt scores, it such a different car to drive tho, more rattles more bumps more noise and a hell of a grin when i shut off and you hear the dump valves, only way to describe it is raw compared to refined, i have never been in anything that accelerates like this after 100 tho, truly awesome you can actualy see the speedo going up at a hell of a rate, it has an incredible stride, im enjoying it but still treating it with some respect at the mo, its much harder to drive sensibly than my last one tho, its an absolute hooligan, that just wants to be off lol, my main prob is that im not off till friday and keep looking longingly into the car park and wishing the day away, big boys toys etc lol
  21. It already has a turbo timer on, i will have to read instructions to know how the hell it works but i understand the principle of keeping the engine ticking over:) i feel all brand new, my heeeds sore off the exhaust tho lol
  22. Yes thats right i no longer have my beloved g plate import 2 seater manual n/a zed, but welcome everyone, my new H plate manual tt in black 4 seats, many of you will know the car that belonged to paul (semco32), i believe paul has now retired to a villa in spain with all the money i had to throw his way to prize it from him, not to worry tho, but here we go can any one tell me what the mmg-$$ boost gauge is in psi as it goes up to seven or so but what does it all mean?? im sad to see my old n/a go mind, but its nice to look out the window and see a zed replacing a zed, also paul suggested searching the site to learn about turbos etc as i know little about them, (maintenance n care i presume) as its not something i ever really needed to know, n e one know of any helpfull links etc???? im now off to change my profile cheers guys
  23. sounds like your air con expelling the moisture or water or whatever it is it expells but provided you can find nothing low on fluid, i wouldnt worry too much as all air con cars where i work do this, im sure the other more experienced and cleverer and knowledgeable of the chaps on here will inform you correctly
  24. Na auto maybe but the manual is 6
  25. Ninety sodding quid, and the thing is if you dont pay your off to prison like a criminal, i wouldnt care but she was only a bairn blah blah rant grumble etc etc
