    I humbly apologise
  3. What is involved, is it new zorst section, do u just bray innards out (dont laugh i know of people doing that) are there any electrical implications and what are the costs/benefits??
  4. My friends i did not set out to annoy only to find in my soul if i could part with the most beautifull car i ever owned, i hoped to find some answers and i have in many ways, but i apologise in the biggest way possible that i might have in some way accidentaly had anything to do with anyone ever using the "V" word on this site, and i hope you all get over it soon
  5. Hear here F.T. woise wurrds matey not half
  6. ptu is an ignition amplifier, a common fault i believe, and mine did much the same thing before i replaced the ptu two weeks ago, took mine to north east nissan they put me on machine and diagnosed it instantly, cost 23 quid for diagnosis, i then got one off here (cheers andy z) cost me 130 quid in total, but i would advise u get it on machine soon as, im told they inflate and thats what knacks them, mine is fine now
  7. i dont really know why nissan bothered even thinking about making a n/a 300!! what an ignorant comment, instant power delivery, predictable power, lesstyre wear, more affordable, appeals to a diff hence wider market, and as for performance if it only developed 100 bhp i still wouldnt agree, are u for real ????a base model car that developes 230 bhp is from a pretty special breed, and as for the comment of people only buy for performance any way is nothing short of pure but not often seen "ignorance"

jesus, this has to be the most ridiculous lot of tat i have ever read sorry but it is, to be fair it started off daft so what could u expect, so why dont u go and buy the tt, then go to B&Q and get one of their nissan 300 zx tt turbo on off switches, a real bargain at £3.99 then inform your insurance co that u have turned them off till u r off your "p"s at which point u can turn them on again, pay full premium and bingo full power job sorted
  9. i would never buy anything i hadnt seen, driven or tested, u must be a gambler, i would rather pay more for something i could test up to you tho ??
  10. yeah i know what he is saying tho, i didnt want world war 3 to break out mind, i was on about standard tt power, as mine is only two seater therefore lighter than 2+2 turbo, my exhaust is believed to make 6-8 bhp difference so lets say im at 236 bhp,+ a lighter car, the power to weight wont actualy be the 44 bhp difference in reality, add to that no turbo lag, and my superior driving skills and hey presto a reall tt beater especially if its an auto!!! hey thanks guys ive convinced myself to keep it ,lol so unless i can find short manual tt with zorst on already for same money as mine should i bother????? bet that stirs up the hornets roflmao x x
  11. Have u tried andy z, his no is on the home page, sent me my stuff straight away and seemed v knowledgeable

I have been driving for 13 years, i have had only "performance cars" for the last 7, my hobby is getting a perfect sideways drift which i practised in 525 sport bmw till i was consistently good, i have competed in track days been on skid pans and have a love for being able to control a slide, i run a na with stainless exhaust and there is nothing to touch me so far in 7 mths owning it, (not raced tt tee hee) but believe me its the quickest thing ive owned so far and without all those years of overcooking lesser cars till i learnt i, would have crashed by now, nothing other than experience and building up could ready u, there is good advice on here u should listen and learn
  13. Two friends have mr2s and mine really does embarrass them, so i need a go in a tt, im from newcastle by the way, so if anyone is bored ???????
  14. I love my n/a 2 seater z, with its big stainles exhaust note and incredible handling and road holding, but would i prefer a tt, does the handling suffer is it much worse on fuel and if nothing other than a modded subaru has ever kept up with me ???, in real terms how much quicker can a car be?? has any one ran both a tt and a na, i am tempted but scared as mine is mint but wonder what a tt would be like and it wont go away HELP
  15. Ta chris, did u replace tp sensors or were they just cleaned too, also what cost, did it break the bank ??
  16. I appreciate the help, the prob has always been there but i think at first i thought it might be just me (new car etc) but either i notice it more now or its worse one or other! any way i ive cleaned throttle bods, replaced air filter cleaned all electric connectors etc not tried the fuel filter yet tho. It spoils the enjoyment a little tho, i either have to pull away like a loony or risk people laughing as it dies n almost stalls, i wouldnt care if it was a nova or something that blended in but everyone stares at the bloody thing anyway !!!!!!!!!!!!!
