I just started wondering after reading so many posts on how to fix this n that, whats this noise, wheres me performance gone, me pistons are coming out me exhaust,nasty smoke filling the street etc etc, how many of us have a zed that is running mint, surely some of them run well and go like f@@@k, i realise that it would be a boring forum if it were just full of posts like, "zeds fine again today"ha ha.. so is your zed running right or are they all problems like mine????????

Legrath i know thats why im gonna have to get Jeff look at it, and i know the hondas are quickys as ive had a few 2x vtis and one vtec new shape , but ive also had a few zeds and they would normally take off but this is lacking something this one!!

Going to have to take it to someone who knows there stuff with these as as i thought its down on power, i have so far checked for boost leak, checked ecu and have code 55, cleaned terminals tbs, had a mechanic put it on his diag, nothing wrong at all, it has 11 psi showing on the guage and sounds fit as a fiddle, no missfire, and runs lovely, dead smooth etc, however i got outdragged by a boy racer in a civic tonight, what a disaster

not quite, it's the stop where the cable meets the holder of the cable that actually operates the throttle bodies

any ideas, my throttle only opens so far and then hits a stop? But it's a solid metal stop onthe housing where the cable meets, it seems to stop the butterflys opening? Is this some kind of restriction as my mates car is here and his has a bolt in that can be adjusted ???

Sure i saw a post on here yonks ago with instructions on how to do a boost leak test, ive tried to search and read thru tons of threads now but no instructions on how to do it have surfaced?? im off tommorrow and want to get stuck in? can anyone help ???

hmm, well it's after Market boost guage like, but as previously mentioned on another post it's got very poor acceleration, gonna pull it to bits the morra n check stuff, anyone got any tips for checking for a boost leak? As with de cat , induction kit n possibility of boost jets it should be rapid not pap slow

can anyone tell me what my auto tt should boost too, it goes to 11 psi on the guage ? Is this right ??

had it on a snap on diag, it's not got any Codes now, must be since I disconnected the battry, And all seemed well timing at 15btdc etc, I'm gonna check For a boost leak, got a feeling it's that now!

Top G for me, its 3 blokes having an absolute hoot, theyre having a right laugh and doing what most of us would do with a few mates , spare time and plenty of money!! i want their job...............

Snowygt... its pap slow, its got no boost at all, id be scared to race a fiesta! theres just under 15 mmhg according to the deffi boost guage but it doesnt feel like theres any making it into the engine, shame as its a stunning example, all show and no go

Hi guys anyone got a conzult handy in Newcastle upon tyne area, im at a loss as to whats making the car so slow and thirsty, i get a code 33 but told this wont put me in safety boost, so jeff tt kindly suggested asking if someone had one nearby to plug in and see whats going on, il gladly give some beer tokens if anyone can help and dont mind coming to you, cheers guys and all the best and merry Xmas

Car has low power and i did ecu test, came back code 33? would this put it into safety boost? not sure what to do now? ive tried searching this code on here but cant find any other posts?? help
