  2. With those strong recommendations it is hard to ignore. I live in Folkestone & have never used power zed. in Hythe there is a chap called Fabian who owns Jap Motors Ltd not sure it’s any closer for you though. he knows his way around a Zed too. he did my cam belt lest year, has done my manual conversion this year changed my air compressor last month, & the only one to change not one but two automatic gearboxes some years back for me.   4. Fitting - Black is ground 0V- ground? Red - 12v+? Blue/Purple - the signal wire? Grey wire unused what do I do with the yellow wire ?
  5. Hi there, What size mm do I need to replace track rod (tie rod) dust cover? Had all my tyres replaced 2 weeks ago with a tracking done. Now I have a split dust cover on the nearside. Not had chance to check the off side, yet! Z going to workshop Monday to have the Air Con Compressor replaced (JDM) Two places I sauced wanted £250 for a second hand JDM compressor just for every-ones information Art.
  6. I have just had my wheel alignment done by Pro Tyre & have to take it back because of wheel wobble at 60 & it pulls to the left! these are supposed to be professionals & it cost me £98! ?
  7. My tyre sizes, if I have read the chart right the difference at 90 mph is 90.7 mph (not sure what this means) Thank you for the compliment, I did not know my headlight spec! The lights were on it when I imported the car.

  9. Hi thank you for the advice. when I imported my Z it came with that set up. So I have just replaced like for like size wise. Tyres are ordered & paid for & booked in on Saturday. tbh I have not had any issues but I’m no Lewis Hamilton ?
  10. Just ordered new tyres front & rear. 225/40 Goodyear’s front & 265/35 Nankang rear both 18s fitting Saturday, I have Bridgestone on the front at the moment with nankang rear. Same setup when I imported my zed. So I have gone with Goodyear at the front this time. I haven’t had any tyre issues to be honest so should be happy with the set up.

  12. I purchased a set of UK dials last year. Today was going to fit them however the back electric sockets are different to mine! My Z is a TT jap import. I thought it might be a simple change. Apparently NOT! Advice please Art
  13. I got through 4 autos before a manual conversion. Getting a manual will cost around a 1K then, new fly wheel/clutch/master & slave cylinders ect. I never used the A/T switch BTW but mines a TT

  19. I believe I have 1 new 370cc Jecs injector ur welcome to. You would have to ask if it is ok to fit with ur other injectors. Art

  21. Thanks all, Joel the front bumper is in need of painting. Also there are a few spots of rust that need attention. It was booked into the paint shop over a year ago now! Unfortunately my fourth autobox failed so the paint shop was cancelled & the manual conversion took place with new lightweight clutch & flywheel, new plugs & coil packs, at the same time the front jacking points got sorted at the body shop. So with running costs of around 3K + sadly the paint job at this moment been put on hold. Also it was only 6 months before this that the cam belt and all was done!. Pearl white not easy to match up!, So still work to be done. Don’t we just lorve Zeds ? Art
