  7. You can check if the injector is not working by placing a long screw driver on the injector cap to hear it clicking. I replaced one some while back & I had to dremel the plenum to get at the screw. There is a write up on it. search Injector replacement without removing the plenum. also can be found on twin turbo.net

  10. For all Zed owners HIDs are a must for night driving! Yes it is a straight swap which takes 15 minutes
  11. Last Friday evening I drove to Hertfordshire from Folkestone. The last 30/40 minutes drive was not pleasant! The reason for this? I had to change my HIDs back to the original bulbs for MOT some time ago & did not get round to putting my HIDs back! It just made me realise how poor the original lights are. Going to pop my HIDs back in this weekend (not that I drive the Z in the dark very often)
  12. Hi JaiKai, I was hoping ? If the glass is bonded to the plastic of the housing why do I have to take the whole headlight out to then separate them? Is it to do with heating the housing to separate both?
  13. Hi there, my off side headlight has developed some condensation on the inside lens! Can I remove the headlight glass without taking the headlight out? Which seems to be a PITA!! I am assuming the glass seal is broken, not sure why this has happened. Many thanks Arthur

Thanks guys, took the Z to France ?? for my birthday. started evening crossing 18 and back on the 24 Aug. total miles covered 750 stayed in 3 chateau’s 2 hotels & 1 b&b places visited in order Chateau Des Tourelles in Le Wast. Hotel Best Weston in Saumur. Chateau Belmont in Tours b&b Les Trois Pommers in Sommery. Hotel Maurice in Calais

  20. I stripped them down with a stanley blade, under coated then sprayed with black plasti-kote.
  21. Great to see several great Zeds in one place. so sad that I could not make it. planning on a trip to France 18 August in the Z! tunnel booked, chateau booked, AA Europe breakdown booked!
