I know there's a few of you out there that "bulk up", can any of you recommend a muscle building supplement? Progain etc? I broke my humerus :smash: ( x-ray below!) on a recent stag do in Amsterdam :duffer: (I had only been there 4 hours!!) and 6 weeks on, my arm has just wasted away from being in a cast. I'm looking to rebuild it at a reasonable rate. The worst thing is, I'm too weak to drive the Zed!!!!!! Any help / advice? Cheers, Matt.

Still can't understand why people sell their Zeds when they get kids. My Zed costs me 280 quid insurance for 6000 miles a year, less than Sky for a year. I also have a huge, cheap Rover to ferry the family around, which swallows just about everything. Fair enough though if you have limited driveway space. I reckon it's more an emotive thing, partner says, babies now = grow up, commit to your family and not that f*nny magnet. And the baby seat fits in the Zed no probs. My wife would never make me sell the Zed, because she sees no reason for me to.

There were about 6 of us and 1 car on an old disused airfield. After a bit of instruction I said i'd go first, so off I went and did some handbrake turns around some cones, which was great when i got the hang of it. But as time wore on and more people had a go, air was getting into the handbrake line and eventually they lost it. So they bled it, but it kept going every 2 or 3 runs. Then for the second part, it was off down the length of the airfield around more cones, oversteer, handbrake turns again. As I was coming back towards the group there was a massive bang, and 3 of the 4 wheel studs had come off one of the front wheels. So they then spent about 40 mins fixing it, by which time it was getting dusk, and still 5 people waiting their turn. It was dark by the time the last person went, and spotting small red cones on a very dark airfireld was not easy. It was cold, there was a lot of waiting around and some people had a cr*p time. Although maybe it was me that b*ggered the car up in the first place! I had a great time! It was a present from the wife, so I didn't know what to expect, initially I was disappointed that it wasn't a 300bhp scooby, but believe me the stripped out Sierra was fast enough for a first timer. If you want the full rally experience you'd probably have to pay quite a bit more. I've got a vid of my handbrake turns somewhere, I'll put a link up this evening if I remember.

Maybe I don't know where to look, but in a non-cabled area, I struggle to find anyone else giving 1MB broadband for 30 quid apart from BT. Although the buggers are putting on a 30Gb Up and down limit next year! Have to change then.

You may have checked this already, but it's really easy for the bulb not to seat properly in the holder. I've had this a couple of times after replacing bulbs. If the springy thing that keeps them in is a bit difficult to put over the back, it's probably not in right.

And windscreen washers! Very effective if you give your windscreen a REALLY good wash with some :xxx: right behind you. Good to get a third, angled slightly higher, for a direct hit. And it's always in 30/40 zones where they tailgate you!! Where do they go when I reach the deristriction zone? Where are you then tosser???!?!??!

When I first got XP I read that you shouldn't rely on it alone for total protection, as it had some shortcomings. Apparently it's better in SP2 though. Which I don't have and Micro$oft won't let me have :nono:
