Descisions decisions! I think I'll take in into my local tyre place so they can have a good look. Obviously 10 quid is better than 100, but it's not worth putting the family at risk.

Just got a puncture in my 3000 mile old Goodyear F1s. It's near the centre of the tyre, a very sharp shard of metal has gone through. Easy fix for a tyre place? Hope so, don't fancy 100 squid outlay for a new one.

Must have been milliseconds in it!

Push in the end of the headlight control, like you do on the other side for the windscreen washers.

Well he hasn't finished yet as we can't get the condenser. However he has charged me 55 squid for the conversion kit plus fitting, then it's a few quid on top of that for the regas, but I don't think it comes to more than 100. Best give him a ring though for confirmation. 07703482342.

Nice bloke, called Andy, but he can't get hold of a 1991 condenser for me! If you have no holes in your system he'll sort you out.

Actually the unbalanced sides don't bother me as much as I thought they would.

Fitted yesterday, haven't had a chance to drive it much yet, looking after my boy and all, but it does sound so much better than stock! Well stock doesn't really sound of anything I suppose. It's got a very low rumble, seems fairly quiet at cruising speeds. Going to go and find myself a tunnel somewhere!

I was in Houx Annexe, but tucked away between a Griffith 500 and a mustang. Took on a Lambo Countach on the way down (numberplate 123FAB - fantastic!) , actually kept up to 100mph then he went away after that. Then I gave up at 140. Unsurprisingly I got caught speeding on the way back. Had to hand over A HUGE AMOUNT of cash or they would have kept the car. Bloody French will get the UK rebate back one way or another.

Just went for a regas last week. Condensor (air con radiator in front of the engine cooling radiator) had a hole in it - no gas. New condenser from Nissan to fit myself 330+VAT. Second hand one I got leaked. Now getting a factors one for 220+VAT. Hope yours ain't gone mate.
