Hi Chris, I have 3 x kyosho Rocky 4wd electric 1/10 scale I’m rebuilding / refurbishing..... 2 for my boys to have fun with..... one is fully running now for me to play with.... lol

Got mine for £28.27 inc postage....... its on the way.....

Today I shall be trying to find out what I broke yesterday on the way home from the 'Ace Cafe' meet....... It was lovely to see the die hard group who braved the traffic, cloudy weather and the salt.....:whistling: I had a good catch up and laugh with a great bunch...... well worth the drive..... Thanks guys and girls....... I now have the ABS light coming on, a grinding noise from passenger side as I drive and a weird 'boing noise' when I brake hard and stop.... guessing seized calliper..... but will know more later.....

Well I ripped every box and shelf apart looking and I just can’t find where I put it.... I will look again tonight and see if I can dig my way to the last corner of garage.... if I find it I will let you know...

I have done quite a bit today.... I washed and dried her, cut off 3 green connectors for the idle air circuit and re-soldered and heat shrunk in 3 brand new connectors I picked up..... And it cured bugger all..... but it did make the stalling intermittent, the revs suddenly jumped to 1500 at one point and the AAC valve seems to be doing nothing at all..... So going to be swapping it out for another tomorrow..... But she does now look nice and shiny and will be polished tomorrow when it is light again....... Looking forward to trying to get to a meet this weekend and trying not to get a ride on a low loader for a change........ lol

Just gone through as much as I could get to and can't seem to find it. I will have another look after dinner as had it knocking around since I got the Z..... Never had anywhere to fit it.... It always turns up when I go through stuff and don't want it...... I need to start cleaning and cataloguing what I have in the garage as there are tons of small parts in about 20 boxes, on shelves and racking.....

I did have one in my box of bits...... I will take a look in the pit of doom.... (my garage).... Just having a look now..... give me 20 minutes or so.....

Hi everyone, does anyone have an old Engine bay wiring harness they can let me have? I need one that is in one piece with all connectors attached. They can be broken, corroded or one wire snapped, soldered wires attached, etc. But just need a complete harness..... I can return it in a few weeks if required..... Also if anyone has an old starter / Battery harness?? Let me know...... Thanks

Tried emailing to let them know they cocked up description, but emails bounced back as they won't accept certain email providers??? Oh well, tried to warn them......

Currently checking my IACV and giving it a good clean and lube...... Thanks JeffTT for the pointers to curing my stalling issue.... UPDATE:- Well I found the stalling issue by the looks of it..... Twas the AAC connector!..... The plug connectors were opened up and not making constant contact with the 2 pins in the socket on the valve..... I cleaned the 2 pins as they were slightly corroded, cleaned the socket, closed the 2 female connectors slightly and sprayed some contact cleaner on it all.... She now does not stall when stopping at junctions...... makes me a lot less nervous to drive..... Looks like it is time to sort out all the connectors and 25 year old loom. I have already replaced the injector and coil pack connectors & the TPS switch connector plugs with brand new ones..... Now it is time to source the rest of them from the engine bay and solder in new ones......

Ahhh, but they are all bound by laws that cover a description that is misleading or incorrect Alic...... Not to mention Advertising standards can have them for it......

That looks like every road around here...... lol Seems the Ice and snow have destroyed all road surfaces somehow...... amazing how they don't seem to have this problem in countries that see loads of Ice and snow! Hope you get a replacement wheel and tyre sorted from council......

I have to say thank you to everyone for their input on how to handle this Situation..... But I am the sort of person to try and avoid conflict unless I have NO option left. I have been in a situation where I was forced to defend my life at 19 years old from someone who tried to execute me with a shotgun! I was in the wrong place at the wrong time..... And randomly targeted! I had what is known as an adrenaline dump and launched the guy 10ft into a wall.... when he tried to force me to put a shotgun in my mouth...... So I know what I can do if pushed, but this scares me! I have PTSD and have since I was 19..... Yearly nightmares, irritability and mood swings around the same time every year.... If he backs me into a corner and gives me no option he would probably regret it, but so would I after as it would impact my family badly..... So going to go for camera and evidence option..... Thank you all again for keeping me grounded and your advice is most appreciated....
