Scart sockets on tv
Thanks for the replies guys, I will try for a dual scart socket over the weekend, try and keep it simple for the kids (and me with Sega GT). All this technology is a nightmare. Cheeers John Crisp

Scart sockets on tv
I have recently bought an X-BOX for my kids, but with them having a PS2 in their bedroom also, is it possible to get a dual scart socket that both PS2/X-BOX can be plugged into so that both are connected to tv at the same time and either can be played without the usual pulling out of the telly to swap scart sockets, plus so I can get my tv downstairs back as the x-box is plugged into it just now. Fitting Wings West High Level Rear Spoiler
Anyone have any pics/info on fitting the as above mentioned spoiler to my tailgate. I guess 6mm holes through the outside tailgate skin then maybee larger diameter holes on the inside to access the 4 bolts to secure the spoiler. I was gonna use psychoflex (Psichoflex????spelling) as well. Any help much appreciated. Cheers John Crisp

Circlip pliers.
I bought a set of small circlip pliers from Snap On a few years ago, maybee a bit expensive though for using a single time, they have mobile dealers in vans, phone their main place to get a local dealers phone number, I think I paid about a tenner for the small pair I have. Locally we have a guy selling all different types of tools from a van, surely there must be someone local to you that wont be as expensive as Snap On in the Yellow Pages. HTH John Crisp

Feckin Bus Drivers
Cheers Alan...everyone ok apart from a few pairs of underpants owned by me and the lorry driver who was on the pavement at the time of the bump. I think most if not all broken down vehicles should be recovered from the roadside but thats another story as probably most can be repaired within a short time. Alan the driver was a complete dick....he blew up another Scania the same night......no warning lights, no noise.....just BANG....so i have been told he done 40 grands worth of damage that night with the crash and blowing the engine. Cheers John

Feckin Bus Drivers
He actually couldnt say what happened.....he was at the end of his shift and had been driving up and down that street all night, seen the lorry broken down from about 1am......typical spaced steering wheel attendant..... Cheers John Crisp

Feckin Bus Drivers
2 weeks ago while on a call out at 7am in Glasgow quite close to the City Centre, a First Glasgow Scania being driven by a brainless steering wheel attendant ran into the back of the lorry I was trying to start (it was broken down in the bus lane) at about 25 mph while I was standing at the front drivers side with the cab up turning the key. WTF he aint gonna stop......he did after a short skid and BANG........but he was so lucky as if he hit the lorry straight on he was a gonner, just lucky I guess it was early on a sunday morning without much traffic about and at least no one was hurt, even the passengers, they just got off the bus and went to the nearby stop and got on the next bus. Hope the pictures I have posted show how lucky everyone was...but the aim of this post is if anyone breaks down at the roadside........................................................................................... BE FECKIN CAREFUL AT ALL TIMES as there is danger everywhere at the roadside. Cheers John Crisp :smash:

what to use for downloads
Chris I have used winmx, kazza, also http://www.easynews.com but its http://www.vip-torrents.com for me as I also have a 576 k connection, so far it is by far the best site I have found for downloading music, films, pc games etc. Download the program that runs everything from this link http://www.bittornado.com/ and download, easy as that. wheel bearing
I got a bearing from a local motor factors....80 quid i think...was made by a quality manufacturer with 3 letters that right now eludes me....but it was like the bearing and the carrier that bolts onto the car so thats why its expensive. I work in the motor trade Chris...when i phone for parts say that u work for a local garage or something to the company u are phoning....u might get a trade discount as usually i do. HTH John Crisp

Model 300's Again FFS
Anyone else started building their models yet, i'm kinda hooked again on model building life i used to do before kids came along and time went out the window, I am kinda dissapointed in the Tamiya 300 as I thought the doors would open but they dont, as I wanted to try and super detail the interior with the doors open. Also I have been surfing looking for detail kits/accessories for the kit, to my amazement there are companies making 1/24 scale replica 17/18 inch wheels, body kits for skylines and 350Z's, and even slotted or drilled discs ffs. http://www.scaleautostyle.com body kits http://www.scaleracecars.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Session_ID=abfa4e34f65184fe830c82e3a663ae99&Screen=PROD&Product_Code=s27mo2401-34&Category_Code=&Store_Code=S FFS Ineed to get out more...................
